“I am very grateful for the service that I received. My car had been without AC for two months and I had quotes from other companies to repair the AC for 5000+ someone referred me to express oil change and they found all that was needed was a quick fix for only $300 total this company had saved me over $4000 in compared to other companies and I’m grateful for their honesty and although they were very busy that day they were able to diagnose and fix my car within one business day”

“I called Tamp Auto Doctor after being quoted >$1,500 for brakes and an engine air filter through a car dealership. They were very responsive, got me a quote the same day, and were able to fit me in within a week to get my service done...for under 1/3 the cost! They checked my rotors as well and didn't try to upsell me when they were in good condition. They were upfront about cost and timing for the services, which took less than half a day, and were able to tell me what services I should get in the future based on my car's mileage. I highly recommend Tampa Auto Doctor and will be going here with any other services. Thanks!”

“A/C Compressor Electric 7 series It was truly a blessing finding this mechanic. I was looking all over for a qualified mechanic that could fix my BMW, most shops were not trained or didn’t have equipment to handle my car. I was referred to dealership, before I went I found Jan at Palicar Repair online. From my immediate call he gave me reassurance he could handle the repair. He gave me a really good price that I could not argue with considering what needed to be done. I will absolutely come back for regular maintenance and if anything else arises. So far my A/C ice cold with zero problems with repair. It’s been 3 weeks and I waited to make accurate review!”

“Filed my first claim ever and was very uneducated on the process and what to do. Not only did Kion provide reassurance and honest pricing, but he spent extra time educating me on the process. Kion and Nelita called me with updates constantly even if there was no news. It was my first experience with car repairs and I couldn't of felt better about my choice. I recommend using CBS to anyone.”

“Erick M. is a high quality professional technician. Erick had every opportunity to sell me a more expensive service (windshield replacement) which I would have probably paid for. However, Erick assessed my vehicle and assured me a replacement was completely unnecessary and he could fix the leak with a simple repair. Erick explained what he observed as the issue and showed evidence for it, explained how this probably occurred to my vehicle, described what steps he would take to make the repair before performing any work, and then graciously answered any questions I raised as he performed the work and encourage me to watch. Couldn't be happier with the service, and about 6 months later I haven't had any additional problems with water leaks in that windshield. I highly recommend them.Service: Water leak repair”

“I had a scraping noise coming from my car and stopped by to have it checked out after another mechanic did not return my messages. They were friendly, professional, and had the team take a look right away. They quickly found that the underbody splash shield had come loose and secured it as a courtesy. I really appreciated how helpful and honest everyone was. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find a shop with great customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future. Highly recommend!
