“Anthony was amazing! A seam in one of my run flats had busted after dropping my eldest daughter off at day care. Luckily, the tire didn’t blow as I still had my infant daughter with me. Anthony, express rushed the tire and it was delivered and fixed within about 2 hours! On top of the great customer service, Anthony showed extreme compassion and consistently checked in on me and my infant while we waited. Great experience!”

“They were very courteous, sweet and very helpful from the moment I walked up to the shop. This older guy didn't work there but said he was family started helping me because the younger cute guy with the long beard was busy and he showed me to an atm and wrote my tire size trying to help but had to leave and the other gentleman automatically knew it was an air pressure sensor that another used tire place broke the day prior. It was crazy, I googled "used tire place near me" & tgey came up with great reviews, I was heading all the way to Maryland with my 8 year old and my tire was acting up I had no idea why. They took the sensor off and fixed me up immediately. Real life savers, thanks soo much guys??”

“My experience was better than I expected. Car owners are often swindled out of their hard earned coins when it comes to unnecessary maintenance. Goodyear does no such thing.My vehicle was going in for some new wheels (tires) & after being advised from the dealership an alignment was recommended , I fully expected to need the service after the installation.Wrong! The technicians did their thing and evaluated my vehicle and gave it the green light! The service wasn’t needed after all!!I appreciate the honesty and that is what makes a loyal returning customer.The staff is inviting and personable. “My daughter purchased a set of tires online Took them to a different brand store to have the tires mounted and balanced i naturally always use Tires plus on Bloomingdale For servicing of all my vehicles, so I took it in to have the Front alignment change the oil and replace the parking light bulbs on the vehicle. Nelson called me and informed me that the tires were not properly done one of the wheels didn’t have any wheel weights at all his employee replaced the bulbs, and all the servicing on the vehicle Nelson went above and beyond. At that point, took care of everything for me, did not charge me for my parking light to be installed, nor for bub. I thought that was incredible of him. If anyone ever needs any service don’t get ripped by going to different places stop in at tires plus ask for Nelson and he will definitely treat you right he’s located on Bloomingdale, I will make sure all my family and friends take their vehicles to him. He is incredible.”

“We had taken our tire to fire stone because it was flat, and was still under warranty. The tread was still very deep and almost new like. Fire stone wouldn't fix the flat. They wanted to sell us a tire instead. That was ridiculous. So we took it over to carriage Auto service they fit it into their schedule and fixed it. No problem. They were very friendly and reliable. They had it ready when they said they would. We will be going over there in the future.”
