“Kevin is quick to respond, easy to get ahold of, and does an excellent job. I have used his services several times - once for a cracked windshield from debris, and once for a smash-and-grab on my passenger window. Unfortunately, several of our out-of-town guests have also experienced smash and grabs (or smash and runs wtf) and I've connected them with Kevin for a quick and easy resolution. If you're reading this, it's probably too late... but in the future, you might consider taking a lyft/uber/public transportation around Oakland instead of driving to Jack London or downtown. I wasn’t optimistic since I had talked to several other RV repair shop that couldn’t resolve the issue but to my surprise I got my van fixed and in what I would call ‘record time’!! Not fully knowing what the exact issue was, Drew’s RV told me it could be a while, but I got a call less than a week later fully describing all issues and what the next step would be to repair. I'm so glad I found them. Made an appointment, dropped it off and was fixed in a timely manner. I really had my doubts if it would be fixed, and I would not have to pay a fortune to repair it after all the other ripoff companies I dealt with. They fixed everything that was wrong with it, and it runs great. They were also very reasonable in their prices. Customer service was wonderful, and they kept me updated on what was being done. I was able to drop my car off early due to my busy schedule and they got right to work before the estimated starting time. I received a text message letting me know the progress and I received a call once it was complete.
