“I made the mistake of going to the boost mobile/ wireless world repair specialist at 823 S Park Ave, Apopka (AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!), who turned out to just be a con, lied said that I was getting original parts but in fact was junk after market parts for the same price as original parts. BUT the staff at Cell Bros. OMGOODNESS, what a life/phone saver. He NEVER lied!!! Promised original parts, promised to have it done in a timely manner, promised my phone would be working like it should. Again, NO LIES. My phone is like brand new out the box. What an excellent job. I'm so over whelmed with joy. THANK YOU SO MUCH. You gained a customer for as long as I'm in the area and if I break my phone again.”

“I've been with boost for a very long time and I think this store is the one I went to they went out of there way to help me with everything even some thing's that other store's would not help me with they would tell me that we cant help you with that but the girl that was working that day help me with everything in my phone im no over good with this new technology so she went out of her why to help me with everything in the phone even transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone please check them there located in a little plaza on 441 up front is a checkers restaurant and a pawnshop I really recommend them”

“Yesterday I was on the phone with a good friend of mine. Who’s also a T-Mobile customer. He lives out towards Lake County so he went to a store in Eustis. He got a new phone so he needed his information transferred over and his new phone set up. He’s not the most up-to-date guy when it comes to technology if you know what So he needs assistance when he goes to places like that. He had let me know that the store and used to treated him terribly. He didn’t know his Apple ID and right then and there they had an attitude about it and also they told him that they couldn’t transfer information from one phone to another, which is completely untrue. He ended up, leaving their upset and unhappy. It was a waste of time. At that point I told him that I have been using the Tmobile store in the Victoria Plaza in Apopka for the longest time and the staff up there is always more than helpful the last time three months ago I got a new phone. I didn’t remember my Apple ID and I only need that they transferred all my stuff over and they made it a very positive experience. He went today and thanks to Natalia a young lady that worked there she made it look effortlessly and it was painless. She retrieved his Apple ID or password whatever it was she transferred all his data and he was so happy and he called me to tell me thank you for sending me to those people. Customer service over the last couple decades has suffered and when you have people like Natalia and the staff up at that store go above and beyond. It’s a breath of fresh air to know that there are still some people that appreciate you as a customer. I hope that people over this staff area manager’s district managers supervisors whoever check these reviews because this staff for the longest time has always done their job at a high level.”
