“The only reason I'm given 5 stars is because of Liset, She is a great asset to your company and deserve a promotion, raise and or a reward. She has great guest service skills, common sense and intuition. I went to the store thinking it was going to be a quick visit to get new equipment and the store turn out to be extremely busy and full of people. How ever Liset was able to take care of me and my son, in a timely manner, due to our special and unique needs. It was the right decision also for the rest of the people there to alleviate stress and avoid tension.
P.S. I'm not happy with Spectrum, as a company they can and should do better by their customers.”

He not only found a way to fix the problem as well as a couple other issues I'd been having, WHILE saving me money, he did it all right then and there before the 30 minutes were up. All while being charming and informative. I will definitely come back if I have any future issues.”
