“Love this place and the prices… Always plenty of inventory and selection of good quality home Decour. My go to place! The only problem is sometimes when they’re extremely busy, there’s not enough cashiers at the registers and I know there’s plenty of people under the roof so the front checkout lead cashier needs to call for more help when the line is always backed up to the outer aisle. As a business owner, I walked out of their store, very disappointed later called and explained my concern. The elderly lady answering was very rude. I know this was probably because she was overwhelmed and extremely busy. Again, she should’ve called her back up!”

“Great location for many branded merchandise at steeply discounted prices. Really nice / pleasant customer service. I bought a good sized London Fog luggage, 3 T shirts, 3 shorts all branded during a visit, since I had brought only one cargo shorts and two T shirts from the Midwest (rest all formal outfits). Couldn’t be happier with the service and the great price (from 30-75% discount).Wish i had something similar closer to my home in South Dakota. I highly recommend this location for the merchandise selection and price. Peace ☮️”

“Love the Dillard’s at the Town Center. Associates are always helpful and go the extra mile, however, returning an online purchase to the Dillard’s store can be a nightmare - not because of the helpful associates BUT rather because of the computer system they use. First, they couldn’t find my order under my name, a phone number is also not helpful, and neither my email confirmation with order number. A return shouldn’t be such a pain. I’ve returned online orders at other stores like Lululemon or Nordstrom, and it takes seconds. They scan a barcode, find my order and that’s it. Corporate Dillard’s should really work on a new system that is much more customer friendly.”

“This Mayport gem is smaller than its NAS JAX cousin, but we found better bargains here, as well as brands not seen at the larger exchange. If you love HUK brand, Mayport has it. I found Spartina bags for nearly 70% off on the clearance shelf. The selection of beach wear is great, including lined lifeguard hats. They had a bin of festive Christmas games for stocking stuffers, priced at 90% off. Spend some time browsing and you'll be happy with what you find.”
