I was looking for a product on Monday and I asked this lovely girl who was stalking the shelves where to find it. She stopped what she was doing walked me to the product and handed it to me. She was so customer service oriented. Her name is Sara SARAH last name L like Linda she was so understanding so kind to share a few words with me. I’ve had a challenging year with my health and I appreciated The short time we talk together continued on my Shopping and she came to find me and handed me a beautiful yellow mom. It was a gift from Sara just to brighten my day. Wow she’s some kind of angel. I know that she deserves special recognition that she has truly a blessing for this store. Thank you.”
“I like Publix very much, just for their customer service. And this one has a great hot bar - I'd actually drive past my neighborhood's Publix & go out of my way & brave A1A traffic to come to the Sawgrass Village location just for the hot bar. Unfortunately, it's gotten VERY popular with a lot of the work crews in the area - so popular that the last 3 or 4 trips it's pretty much out of everything. I've even gone shopping in the store, come back 20 minutes later, and it's still bare. I wish the Publix near my place had a hot bar. (PS - lunch time parking can also be an adventure with many big work crew trucks parked across several parking spots.)”

Only reason for the lost star is that the deli can be VERY slow and inconsistent. I stopped going there for pub subs, I just can't deal with the struggle anymore.”

Publix might be a little bit more expensive than other grocery stores but there always very nice and clean and that's the main reason in my book anyway but the employees are always very polite and knowledgeable about whatever you're looking for is located and overall just one of the best grocery stores you'll find in Jacksonville !”

The employees are very helpful and seem to know where everything is, no matter if you catch them outside of their departments. Very knowledgeable about products and polite too! I really like using their canned chili and alfredo sauce. I purchase the better looking fresh mango slices, pepper grinder, sea salt grinder, pink salt grinder, organic glass spices, strawberry nutrigrain bars, apple sauce, honey, fall pumpkin, and cranberry juice.
The sweet potato chips, Italian sweet cream coffee creamer, chocolate hazelnut spread, and white cheddar puffs are for fun.”

“Throughout my life I have met some extraordinary people. But nothing has ever compared to the joy and happiness I received from working in the Deli at Publix on the corner of SanPablo and Beach Blvd across from a church who believe has the greatest praise and worship team in the City(church of eleven 22)! Not only was today one of the most heartfelt loving days of my life. But, seeing so many of the amazing people smiles I had the pleasures of working with and for was priceless! From hugs to smiles and even some accolades that were so desperately needed I nearly let lose tears of joy. So once again it gives me no greater joy than to let the world know where the greatest Deli and Grocery store in the country is located, SanPablo and Beach Blvd.If I could give 10 stars I would give 20!”

“I love coming to the Asian grocery store! The price and selection is wonderful and the staff is so helpful. They have a great produce section with lots of fresh fruit and greens, a very nice seafood and meat selection with roast duck and pork and a bakery with cooked foods to go. The dry goods and frozen food sections are also excellent. ??”

“Love this store but they need work on the deli dept. Last two times I bought a box of mixed fried chicken to serve for dinner was horrible. Chicken was so over cooked the meat so tuff that we couldn't even eat it. Will not be getting this ever again at this location.”
“The flowers here are always spectacular, the coffee bean selctio is amazing too.
The last few times they have had a special, buy 1 lb of chicken, tuna, or seafood salad and get 4 free croissants. They are delicious! Bakery is great, they have fresh made sushi, so many ready to eat food options. I try to stop every tine we travel through! Oh and I love their bananas too!”

“5 stars because it's one of the cheapest in the city with top grade quality fuel.
The station itself is nothing fancy. In fact it's very basic and looks like it's abandoned. But the management is working on improving the station. There has been a change of staff and they are quite friendly and professional.
In a city where fuel prices are quite high, this Sunoco location is a hidden gem.”
