“am giving a five-star review because of the exceptional customer service provided by Dylan Davis. If I were rating the bank alone, I would honestly give it three stars. The only reason I did not move both my business and personal accounts elsewhere was because of Dylan’s dedication and commitment to helping me resolve issues that were created by the bank.

Dylan worked tirelessly, professionally, and diligently to correct the situation and kept me informed throughout the process. His efforts are the reason I remained a customer.

The bank later sent me a customer survey, but the survey was not clear about what was being rated. As a result, I gave what I thought was a review of the bank and left a negative rating. A friend of mine, who has banked with MidFlorida for many years and originally recommended the bank to me, later explained that my response had actually reflected poorly on Dylan rather than the bank.

I attempted to contact the bank to correct the review and ensure Dylan received the recognition he deserved, but unfortunately I was unable to get it changed.

Dylan’s professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service deserve recognition. He is a tremendous asset to MidFlorida.

This version makes it very clear that Dylan earned the five-star rating, while also explaining the survey misunderstanding in a respectful way.

Banker Mrs Smith( she welcome me when I arrived, she even knew who i was)and the branch manager i think her name is Yenelis,(sorry if I got your name wrong) went above and beyond. They spent 3 hours helping me getting this fixed. Awesome customer service. They really took time and effort to get it right. Thank you so much. We have been wells fargo customers since 2010,no complains.”
