They go above and beyond for their customers even greet me by name when I arrive I feel welcomed. Highly recommend anyone in the area to bank with them glad I have them in my corner.”

“In the past two years I have opened an account and had to replace my debit card twice. Once I lost it and once it was compromised and a bogus charge showed on my account. On a fourth visit I applied for and received my car loan. All four times I have visited the Auburndale branch I've been greeted by officers with smiles on their faces and a genuine caring attitude as to my issues. I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate their helpfulness in solving my issues. I am a retired bank employee from up north and started my career as a mortgage loan processor, became a loan officer and finished as a senior underwriter. I know good customer service when I see it. It doesn't get any better than at MidFlorida's Auburndale branch! This goes for the cashiers also! Always greeted with a smile and an offer to help.”

“I never do reviews, but this bank exceeds every expectation in the customer service aspect! The staff is friendly and helpful. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews- I entered this bank at 4:15 pm (they close at 5) to open an account. I was welcomed with open arms & the customer service was exceptional to every person I saw in the building, and they were busy! Saloua is amazing, people like her really drive a business’ overall success. She deserves so much recognition for efficiency and just overall kindness, which is so refreshing in today’s world. Thank you for such a great experience.”
