“New to Lakeland and needed a bank to open up a new account and transfer from my out of state bank. I'll be honest MIDFLORIDA wasn't my first picks but trust me it should of been!! A few other banks I looked into was a waste of my time being from out of state seems like it turned others off like I was asking for to much and didn't get respect from the others so I said I'm going to keep looking for the right one. Well didn't have to look far or long I walked across the street and there it was MIDFLORIDA on south Kentucky Ave Lakeland!! From the moment my feet hit there floor I felt the respect and through the whole process I was treated with major respect from all. I'm old school,I believe in respect, respect is so important these days but sadly it's not. But not here respect all around, service was top notch and the manager handled my opening up of a new account. If the powers to be at midflorida are listening the manager Jamie Giovanelli deserves a promotion!! I was blown away with the amount of respect this woman gave to me ,she took the time to thoroughly and clearly and respectfully explain everything to me and if I didn't understand she would not get frustrated ( like others) and go over it again thank you JAMIE for helping me be part of a great institution only bad thing about this review is there's only 5 stars to choose from!! Because I'd give five thousand stars thank you”
“If you feel banking peaked in 1978 and want similar systems and technology, this bank is for you. People are great and personal service is excellent. Automated systems are lacking and it's a bit of a chore to do business with them online compared to larger national banks.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this bank. I went to the Southside location and was able to open a checking account for $50 dollars without any issues. Furthermore I was also issued a debit card with my name on it the same day. I just walked in and told them my credit is not so good but I really need a bank account and the account manager hooked me up.”
