FedEx OnSite

Shipping Centers
Hours: FedEx OnSite, located within Dollar General stores, offers a convenient option for customers to drop off and pick up their FedEx packages. The service is generally well-received, with customers appreciating the helpful staff and reasonable prices for regular shipping. However, one customer had a negative experience with a rude manager who displayed impatience and disrespect, which left a lasting impression. Despite this isolated incident, the overall sentiment towards FedEx OnSite at Dollar General is positive. Customers find it easy to drop off pre-packaged, pre-labeled FedEx parcels, including return packages, and appreciate the ability to redirect their FedEx packages for pickup at the convenient Dollar General location. While the customer found the overnight shipping costs to be high, they acknowledged that the regular shipping rates were more reasonable. The customer also recognized that the high shipping costs are often passed on to consumers by companies, rather than being solely the responsibility of FedEx OnSite. Overall, FedEx OnSite at Dollar General provides a valuable service to customers, with the majority of users reporting a positive experience. The isolated incident of a rude manager serves as a reminder that even the best services can occasionally fall short, but the convenience and affordability of the overall offering make FedEx OnSite a popular choice for many customers.
