I can't give them 5-stars because the staff seemed to be lacking. No one to help customers, and they seem to only want to do the bare minimum.
On the plus side, they have a generally very good selection of nice clothes and lots of nice shoes both men and women.”
“Saw EMS outside and asked the manager if there were any firefighters around, because I had just locked myself out of my car. She said they were busy with a medical emergency, but that Ross sold car supplies in the back — maybe I could find a tool to help me break in...”
“Bloomingdale's sure has good quality stuff...and if you find them on sale or clearance, that's an even better deal. I was at this store recently and I saw some really nice scented candles that smelled just wonderful....and at less than $13 each, they were not a bad deal for the fabulous scent I got...these usually go for about $30-35 each. The variety of household accents and fun things for the home are really good.”
“Most of the cashiers here are black, and they have been with this store for over twenty years, and most of them knows me, because of the black Friday deals,and that I used to shop there on a regulary basis. I didn't get her name, but I thanked her more than once, because she took great care of me when I brought the same items to return to hialeah, but the spanish cashier refused to accept, and the black cashier didn't asked me any question as to why the tags where not attached. I wished I would have gotten her name, but she's a tall black girl around the age of 25-30, she was so nice, and professional, and knew what to do.

“After have an issue with me drive up order, I drove back to the store to go inside to get the mistake fixed ( I get it times have changed, customer service is not what it used to be) so of course I was greeted at the customer service desk with an attitude, and refused to help rectify the mistake. So I just said okay can you pls call the manager ( I was not about to start being petty with what looked to be a teenager) the manager comes over his name was "Gemini", immediately fixes the mistake, he was polite, listened, understood exactly what I needed fixing, apologetic. MR. GEMINI Thank you, I truly appreciate you!”

“This store is very organized, everything in its proper place, the products are well organized on the shelves, the store is spacious, and it has many interesting things. I used to go to the Sunny Isles store, but I gave up because it's becoming more and more of a mess.
The line is long at this store, but customers are called quickly. Everyone buys because there is genuine interest, hence the line.”
