From Melissa to Joshua who assisted us today with some items we needed to sell. I saw some items that are worth purchasing and with great pricing. They offered not only amazing service but took their time to explain everything in detail and they even offer financing if needed. The owner Caridad is kind and helpful. “I want to give a massive thanks to Tara the manager for helping me with a mishap with a coupon I had. I came in to buy my husband is late father's day gift, a racing predator small engine and I wanted to enjoy the 15% off 4th of July special. I also had a $5off which was about to expire. Hubby gave the cashier both coupons but didn't realize the $5off cancelled the 15% off. Albeit, 15% off of a $350 product was more than $5 off, so I asked the manager to help me. At first i thought she wasn't going to help but I misunderstood her and had walked out the store in defeat. Tara rushed out and called us back in. She was able to revert the sale and credit us the difference. It aleviated us so much, I thank God that we aren't short on money, but we aren't rich either and $50 in this economy is a lot. Christopher, the cashier who attended us, was the one that got us in the Inside Track club Membership which has saved us a lot of money. Tara was extremely kind and helpful, she and her team always make us feel good coming to this location.”

Called DeWitt, they had it. But what really got me was they didn’t just sell me the part, they told me about a better option I didn’t even know existed. Saved the job and saved me money. These guys actually know what they’re talking about, which is rare. Family owned, been around forever, huge inventory. If you’re in the trades in South Florida, put their number in your phone now. You’ll need it eventually.”
