Lucy Hammel, their store director, answered and handled the purchase in minutes. My family and I then decided to surprise my Mom with it at the boutique the next day. Even though it was Lucy's day off, she immediately replied to my text and handled the request with her team. Hoguer and Marianela took great care of us from the moment we arrived and helped us to really surprise my Mom with her new necklace, which, of course, was stunning and wrapped up beautifully. My Mom fell in love with it the moment she put it on, but it was the experience around it that made it a piece she will treasure forever. My son and I stopped into this location and was immediately greeted by Bettina Nagy from the RM team. She was warm and welcoming and spent time with us talking shop, explaining the RM history, and showing us some of the different models RM offers. “I recommend working with Dylan from this Bulgari. I purchased a piece for my wife, but at the time they did not have a 2nd item she wanted. It was old out nationally and no longer available. Dylan followed up 2 weeks later after finding one in another location for me. Further, it arrived the day before I flew out with my wife for her birthday and was unable to get to the store that day. He hand delivered the product to our home. Amazing service - of course the jewelry (necklace, bracelet) was lovely as in any location, and a good whisky and glass of champagne didn't hurt, but Dylan and his team exceeded expectations so it's no wonder he has been with them for so long. Great job!”
