Chopard and the representative went above and beyond not only explaining the watch but also obtained this rare piece for me in a matter of days. The Salesmen ,( Andres Fermin ) was not only truly kind but also followed through on making sure that I obtained the watch. While in todays business dealing many do not follow through and are just words, Mr Fermin stood by with not only words but with actions. He is a true representation of what all sales individuals should aspire to accomplish. Chopard is not as well known as some of the other brands but are top tier .”

“I had a great experience at the Richard Mille boutique in Bal Harbor. I have visited many different AP and Rolex boutiques throughout the world. This was the first time I’ve visited a RM boutique. My son and I stopped into this location and was immediately greeted by Bettina Nagy from the RM team. She was warm and welcoming and spent time with us talking shop, explaining the RM history, and showing us some of the different models RM offers. These timepieces are literally racing cars on your wrist. Bettina also gave my son a beautiful RM history/model book and bag. Great experience at this boutique. Highly recommend going to this location and meeting with Bettina Nagy.”
