While in todays business dealing many do not follow through and are just words, Mr Fermin stood by with not only words but with actions. He is a true representation of what all sales individuals should aspire to accomplish. Chopard is not as well known as some of the other brands but are top tier .”

Lucy Hammel, their store director, answered and handled the purchase in minutes. My family and I then decided to surprise my Mom with it at the boutique the next day. Even though it was Lucy's day off, she immediately replied to my text and handled the request with her team. My son and I stopped into this location and was immediately greeted by Bettina Nagy from the RM team. She was warm and welcoming and spent time with us talking shop, explaining the RM history, and showing us some of the different models RM offers. These timepieces are literally racing cars on your wrist. Bettina also gave my son a beautiful RM history/model book and bag. Great experience at this boutique.
