“Amazed by the professionalism, service and courtesy received. My Breitling had condensation on inner glass, fault of which was my own for not tightening the crown enough. Alex said he'd open it and let it dry normally and hope no damage. Did such and said it was ready and there had been no damage. He could easily have said he needed to some type of fix, but was honest. Picked up watch and was given the invoice. Items were, Decasing, Cleaning of case and bracelet, water resistant test. Total $0.00, Good will. Will now take any watch needed for repair to him. Awesome.”
