He truly went above and beyond to expedite the repair, and he managed to get my car back to me in just two days. I’m incredibly satisfied with the level of service and the care he showed. “Expensive but efficient! And they won't do anything without you telling them first. I asked for a diagnostic and got a diagnostic. A diagnostic check is $210, and they check electric separate so if you want a diagnostic for anything electric that's another $210. But if you have a Ford vehicle and no other place knows what to do then come here and get it done! The building is very clean and comfortable with two waiting areas, and there's plenty of windows so you can check your car.”
“We were so pleased with the service we received when we brought our Ram 3500 truck in to get something checked out with the transmission. The mechanic actually came up with a great option and my husband was thrilled. They even helped me retrieve a set of keys I accidentally dropped in the storm drain. Excellent customer service and communication.”
“I was originally going to get new tires from Mavis, but when I got there they tried to upsell me so I left. I ended up scheduling my new tires appointment at this Walmart auto care center instead and I’m glad I did. It was $140 cheaper than Mavis for the same tires. They finished in an hour and the mechanics/service guys were friendly and polite. All in all, a great experience.”
