“Expensive but efficient! And they won't do anything without you telling them first. I asked for a diagnostic and got a diagnostic. A diagnostic check is $210, and they check electric separate so if you want a diagnostic for anything electric that's another $210. But if you have a Ford vehicle and no other place knows what to do then come here and get it done! The building is very clean and comfortable with two waiting areas, and there's plenty of windows so you can check your car.”

“AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I have a 2025 Jeep Gladiator an after going to 2 different dealerships and receiving less than good customer service I decided to try Thunder Jeep. I am so thankful I did! Every person in there was so nice, so friendly, and made me feel like I am now apart of their family! The Service Manager walked me through all the process and helped fix some of the issues I was having. Not only was he actually doing the work, he explained everything in terms I can understand without making me feel stupid! Arsenio (service manager), Tommy @Thunder Customs and Matt (service advisor) were all knowledgeable and very respectful of my time. If you are needing to get service or buy a vehicle THIS dealership is the way to go! I look forward to doing all my Jeep service work there! Thank you !”

“Went here today because my tire kept going flat on me. I had originally bought the tires through Walmart. I had my baby with me. I didn't have the money even with the roadside hazard I had purchased a few months ago to buy the new tire. Michael worked with us as much as he could. I still couldn't afford it. The manager told him to go ahead and replace the tire at no cost to us. He made sure that when I left and put my baby in the car that we were safe. I'll never go anywhere else for my tires again. Thank you to the manager Torey, Michael for doing the work and Christine for taking such good care of us today. There are still good people in this world and I will highly recommend this place and the crew that runs it.”
