“Boca Arbor Club is definitely THE best community that I have ever lived in! The whole team, especially Kurt and Lou, have been exceptional. Anywhere from service to maintenance has always been top notched. If we weren’t moving away, my husband and I would have stayed here for many more years. We were sad to leave such a beautiful, clean community! Highly recommended!!”
“My grandfather purchased his condo in the 70's. He brought his children here, they brought their children here, now I bring mine! We enjoy the few weeks of beach and pool mid winter from Canada! Lots of rules and restrictions, but if your there for clean fun with delightful residents, your all good! Plenty of fun activities outside the lot: parks, beaches, mizner, restaurants all within walking, or minimum drive! It's 55+ and family visitation.”

The location is so much fun and convenient to restaurants, stores, and the beach.Vanessa the manager is always open to the residents needs. Her staff is friendly and helpful.The Consierge Robert and staff are also very helpful and friendly.The maintenance staff fixes problem that day or the next.Every month it seems like updates, repairs and general upkeep is done.My hats off to a great staff that make my life at Mizner apartments, safe, fun, and enjoyable.”
