The location is usually not busy. But if you need help locating something it is sometimes a challenge to find someone. Not because they aren’t there, but because they are helping someone else. The young staff is helpful, despite being few in numbers.
They have a complete print on site area where you can get flyersbpostersbbanners made on the spot. They used to have conference rooms on the second floor and not sirenifbtheyvstill do.
I usually order everything I need from OD on line and have free delivery. It’s easier for me than going physically,locating what I want in their aisles and then purchasing free parking in their large parking lot. Disabled Parking in front of entrance.”

“My recent three experiences at this location (102 NE 2nd Street, Boca Raton) were excellent. This team does a terrific job of navigating multiple customers, making us feel welcome, and supporting us with all their various services - and beyond all this, they’re personable and extra helpful. There was always a smile, some humor, and a “no problem”. The associate wasn’t bothered when my service was small - my visits ranged from $45 to $2 and the sales team was just as nice to me on all occasions. This particular location is the best UPS location I’ve ever visited, and it’s made me rethink how much I will rely on UPS. It’s also geographically the most strategic location with easy access and in the middle or so much. From now on, I will shop in Mizner Park and ship from this UPS”

“I had a printing dilemma that needed the very best and most efficient service I could find. A friend that I usually do business with in the yearly Miami Boat Show strongly recommended PrintDocs and Wayne and that there’s no challenge they couldn’t handle. My company had a 20,000 full color pamphlet to print with a deadline approaching in just 4 days. I contacted PrintDocs spoke with Wayne, he told me to stop by and drop off the files along with the 50% deposit and guaranteed me that he’d ensure his best was done for our project. As far as I’m concerned no one has a turnaround time as quick as PrintDocs has and they give he best quality and service I could ask for. The day of the event my pamphlets were boxed up and ready to be disbursed amongst my clients at my function. I don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t have had these materials to help support my business network. I must add that I shopped around online and this was the only company willing to assist me with the challenge I faced.
