“***June 24th updateThe Maxandfix team has reached out to me personally and mailed the mouse and keyboard in a separate package to me overnight. Looks like this was an unintentional mistake. I'm revising my review from one to five stars. This was my second time buying a computer from them. Their effort is appreciated!-----------------------Where is my keyboard and mouse? When you say they are included with my purchase, they'd better come with the package. Customer service is REALLY SLOW!!! It's 1 PM on a Thursday.
