“I live out of state but was so impressed with the service I received when my phone was driven over, that when I needed a new phone, I waited until I could return to south FL to buy it here. Today I went in unclear of what I wanted [long uninteresting story]. I felt like the young man helping me was annoyed- which now I understand was because of my indecisiveness and lack of knowledge, which resulted in my requiring a lot of time. When he told me it would cost $25 to transfer my data later since my phone died, and a password which I did not have with me was required as a result, I felt annoyed. I left, but came back. The owner handled this situation extremely well. He asked me if the young man helping me was rude. I answered honestly by saying not really. I told him that he just left me feeling like he was annoyed. The owner then pointed out how he did spend a great deal of time with me. That was true. I just thought that was what sales people do. I think what I realized after the fact is that this is more of a repair shop than a retail spot, which makes me realize how my taking so much time to buy a $220 phone could be making it difficult for this employee to get his other work done. All that to say that I would definitely go back and do think they are honest and do great repairs.”
