I was considering taking My business to another bank until I began working with this branch this winter. They are a shining example of customer service; something that is sorely missing today!”

“The Suntrust on turnpike and Glades road is the bank I usually go to if I need to use the atm. As I take the turnpike and exit at glades this location is right on the way to work. The only issue with this location is that they don't have a drive through atm hence if it is raining which in Florida is often this is not the best location to use. I have been lucky on most occasions and been able to use the atm without getting soaked. You can also make deposits and withdrawals using the drive thru window. Unfortunately you can't open an account driving thru. For that you have to go inside. Service is awesome. They always have two walk up teller windows and I have never had to wait. Customer service is great. Employees are always cheerful and I am usually in and out in a few minutes.”
