Being from out of state with a daughter in local college, I was hit with anxiety of finding a mechanic I could trust. As an automotive service manager myself, and with a husband who is a mechanic, our standards are incredibly HIGH. I also have sadly witnessed garages take advantage of a woman, young girl especially in a college town. After visiting several shops in the area, those I just turned and walked out of I finally found Tech One.
From the moment I walked in, I knew Anita and Mike were the right choice. Despite their busy schedule, they squeezed us in and handled the repairs with total professionalism and care. This is the only shop besides my husband that has touched this car since it was bought new, and I feel 100% confident in their work. It is a massive weight off my shoulders knowing that I’m 1,200 miles away, my daughter has a reliable, honest garage to go to.

“I want to personally thank Allan and Mazel auto for the work done on my 2018 Ford Explorer. When I went to Mazel it was based on the reviews read. My car had a problem where it would not start. The shop I initially took it to stated that it was not the starter but they could not tell me what was wrong. They could only speculate and since I was already out just under $200 dollars I said I could not afford speculation. I needed a definite answer and they could not tell me. I then looked around and my wife gave me the names of all the shops in the Boca Raton area. I looked on Mazel and he told me he would charge me a fair price to analyze my vehicle. He initially came back with a initial proposal that I told him was too costly since I had just paid over $800 to get my son's car fixed. Allan and Mazel was able to correctly analyze the situation and the final outcome was half of what the first proposal was. I have since told one of my church going friends that Mazel was fair and honest in their pricing and they plan on visiting this week. My wife was also impressed at the professionalism of one of the worker she met. I plan on using them in the future”

“It was a total pleasure and an unexpected satisfying experience dealing with Eddie Automotive. He was referred to me by a friend I brought my 2016 Honda Accord to his shop to replace my alternator I showed up at the set appointment time and he took my car in immediately and finish the job in about an hour. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and the cleanliness and organization of his shop. I love it that he's a family man and has pictures posted throughout the office. His price was more than competitive and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend him to any of my close friends and family because of my experience there. He also went above and beyond when he replaced the light bulb in one of my headlights that I didn't even know was out without an additional charge. “I was in what I thought would be very difficult situation. My grandsons car broke down while he was at school at FAU. His break occurred in Fort Lauderdale , went the nearest repair shop he saw. I called the shop the next day and didn’t get a good feeling. I had spoken to Rose at Excell Auto Service previously and had been very impressed. After 2 minutes of conversation I knew this was the type of person I wanted to deal with. I had the car towed to Excel. They diagnosed the and gave me a price which was very fair. I came in for brake service and was immediately impressed with the professionalism and honesty of the team. Diego in particular was outstanding. “Brought my car in for a couple of electrical issues. It's an older VW, and they easily fixed one issue. The other was more complicated - the locks on one side of the car no longer communicate with the remote or the driver-side unlock button. They explained what the diagnostics would entail, as well as what the cost of materials and labor could be. I appreciated that since the cost could have been quite a lot - especially for a 20+year old car. They could have just done what I asked and handed me a big bill, but with the information they gae me, I was able to decide that the issue was only a minor inconvenience that I could live with. I'll definitely bring my car back for more tender loving care!”
“Great place to bring your car. I had a Check Engine light came on my car so called to check if they can take a look. I was told they can, brought my car, and after some time, they came back to say the issue needs to get fixed by the dealer, and car can be driven. They can reset the error if I wanted to, check if it will come back on, but I opted to leave it on. They will tell you upfront if it is something they can work, and not force anything. They earned my trust for my future visits (change oil, etc) and will definitely come back.”
