“Tracy I. Bonita Springs was excellent! I was able to order what I wanted from floor stock. The only big problem for me was the next day they changed my delivery date. No brackets available for my Headboard and that took another month. When they did get them, their guys had never installed them before and a 15 min job turned into close to 2 hrs. I'm happy with my mattress and base but, be aware and plan accordingly!”

Gio, our sales associate is amazing. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient and truly loves what he does. Our furniture is beautiful, well made, great price and is exactly what we wanted, thanks to Gio and Elegant.
The delivery team was also wonderful! Courteous, friendly and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was placed where we wanted it. They inspected each piece to make sure there was no damage.
All around this was a home run experience for my wife and I.

“I’ve donated and cosigned to Liberty Youth Ranch with great success. It’s a local charity for needy kids so we like to support it. I have emailed photos to them and they respond quickly if they are interested. Donations usually qualify for free local pickup. For consignment items there is a pickup charge. Store staff is friendly and helpful. Pickup team is professional.”
