“Sometimes the right person answers the telephone, for us that was Nicole Brandi-Newmark! We were searching for help with a newly purchased condo, sent Nicole our floor plan, told her what our vision was, and within days she sent us well designed computerized models of our space. We scheduled a few Zoom calls, discussed different options, and everything seamlessly fell into place.
Nicole was very professional, kept the project moving forward, otherwise we would still be "shopping" for furniture, and kept us informed as to the status of the order until delivery day. By the way, she even made time to meet us at the condo when the furniture was delivered!

According to my order tracker, all of my furniture had arrived at the delivery center except for one item. I was concerned about coordinating the delivery, but the store manager went above and beyond by working directly with the delivery center to accommodate my request. They were able to split the delivery and schedule it on my preferred date, which made the entire process much more convenient.
