Not your typical commercial dime a dozen boarding spot. Tropic Paws has gone out of their way to accommodate me when it was a last minute Christmas accommodation. Since, they have worked w/ my “not so easy” dog always trying to make him comfortable and less stressed when he can be the stressor. I acknowledge their commitment to dogs and their love for them in all breeds and personalities. Its a relief knowing my Louie is in professional care. Highly recommend!

28400 Old 41 Rd # 1, Bonita SpringsAbout a year ago, my 4 year old cat had to be rushed to the hospital. Took him to Blue Pearl in Ft. Myers, they told us there he has a severe heart condition and he needs to see a cardiologist and recommended this place as it's the only animal hospital with a cardiologist specialist. (Blue Pearl charged me 3500$ to keep my cat on oxygen and take X-rays). We had another emergency a week before our scheduled appointment with the cardiologist and took him here directly. That visit they treated him the same as blue pearl (he had to be on oxygen for 2 days longer here than blue pearl) and I paid 1700$. For all the people complaining about the money, take it from someone who's had multiple pet emergencies (more than what I just listed) and have gone to multiple places.. money is not an issue here. It's going to be expensive anywhere you go. This place charges THE LEAST. They DO care about the animals. Just because not all of your animals survive DOES NOT mean they don't care. THINGS HAPPEN. Long story short my cat did not make it as we had a 3rd emergency rush to the hospital for his heart problem and he passed on the way there. I never once felt these people wanted to take all my money. I always felt they wanted to help. Every interaction I had with any employee there was pleasant. Keep in mind when reading these negative reviews you're only getting one side of the story and I think we all know how people can be. Take it with a grain of salt.

With a full diagnosis, including an x-ray, we were out of there in 90 minutes. I was prepared to spend hours there! Going on daily walks with him was a struggle and he was barking and lunging at all distractions that were passing by. Sit Means Sit taught my wife and I how to give Ace more confidence so that he doesn’t react to the distractions. He is a completely different dog and the trainers/ process are amazing! Everything was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The bread tasted fresh-baked. They scorched the sugar for the cream brulee just as we ordered it. The strawberries tasted fresh out of the field. It was a very enjoyable experience.
