To all wondering why the reviews are awful. Based on the timeline, I'd have to assume the troubled employees are no longer employed there because my experience was great. I was greeted by all 3 ladies at some point during my visit. They were very kind, with smiles. The buy 3 get 1, and buy 4 get 2 discounts WERE honored. On top of that, one of the ladies walked around and handed me and the couple nearby $15 off coupons for $100+ purchases. The selection was awesome and abundant. There is plenty of stuff for kids and adults. My kids will love these gifts. Excellent souvenir shop.”

“I went to fit2run in Coconut Point mall the other day looking for shoes. I’m 75 years old so comfort and affordability are very important to me. I was so pleased to be waited on by Caroline. What an asset for this store. Caroline was able to explain the difference in shoes and the use for each type. Even though I’m on a fixed income I purchased 2 Pair that day.I will return and I hope I can see Caroline again !!! Thanks for the experience!!!!!”

The Converse store at Miromar Outlets is hands down one of the best outlet shopping destinations in Southwest Florida! I’ve visited many times, and each experience has been consistently excellent.

“Visited Talbots Mirimar Outlet while on vacation and lost my glasses while there. Besides being incredibly helpful while shopping these ladies went above and beyond to help me locate my glasses, even walking to the parking lot to see if they were there. I can't thank them enough as I am near blind and glasses for me are a huge expense. They helped me pick out an outfit with jewelry to match that's already my favorite. Can't thank them enough. “DO YOU BELIEVE IN MANY SOLE MATES?Pratts shoe salon has many locations throughout Naples and other parts of Florida. They don't only have shoes but cute purses, clothing and other accessories. This location is at the Village Shops in Venetian Bay and attracts many lady shoppers. It is a very upscale boutique, but sometimes if you hit them just right, they will be having their annual sidewalk sale and you can pick up some items for great deals. We came in not looking for anything specific, just browsing but the sales associates were still very friendly and welcoming. If you are in the market for some new shoes I highly suggest popping in here.”

This store is conveniently located off exit 123 on 1-75, at the Miromar Outlet mall…. With lots and lots of parking.
Most snowbirds were shopping for winter items when I got there.
I also love their athleisure clothing!”
“I have been many times in Cole Haan store at Miromar outlet, I had a great service with Jenny, she makes me feel welcome. But one Sunday I had a very bad experience with a older woman with not professional ethic.”
“I went in to see Sean after 2 years of wearing another store's orthotics from when I was in a critical condition earlier and didn't know why. They helped alot but these original orthotics were way too hard on my feet now and no other orthotic options were available from them. My feet, back and leg muscles couldn't take it any more. I found out about Foot Solutions and came on in that very week Sean listened intently to understand my past situation and current concerns. He scanned my feet to determine my needs and we talked about custom orthotics but he first wanted to 'try' an in stock orthotic first just to see if it worked on me before going to the custom made orthotics. I thought just the gesture of trying this first was so nice - it told me it wasn't just a 'sales pitch' at Foot Solutions here. Oddly enough, the stock orthotic worked for me so this was great. He had me walk around quite a bit to be sure before leaving. I like people that care and he does. I highly recommend Sean for a foot scan and his recommended solution if you are someone already wearing orthotics OR if you have any sign of foot, knee, back or hip pain - don't get in critical shape as I did for not knowing the culprit! So many of these issues can be corrected and/or eliminated with the proper arch support. Sean has such expertise in this area and can help. My advice is DON'T WAIT!”
