“I am seventy-nine. I ran marathons in my thirties and triathlons in my fifties. I spent my sixties talking about the fun I had in my earlier years. When I turned seventy I decided to quit talking about my past and work at making this the best time of my life. I walked a half marathon this past March and was hoping to get on track to completing a marathon this coming year, but foot pain is holding me back. I know from the past that New Balance builds a quality shoe. I received a pair that I ordered on-line, but the fit wasn't perfect. That's when I learned of this local store specializing in New Balance where I can be properly fitted. When I entered the store a busy sales person welcomed me. This was followed up by another salesperson who offered me assistance. I explained issues and what I was hoping for. From that she took me to the shoe display and showed me a range of shoes she felt would fit my needs. My feet were measured for size and she went to the stockroom. She came out with the store manager who fitted me and completed the sale. The sale comes with a 30day satisfaction guarantee, but I would need to take them off and wear them only in the house so they remain in like new condition. My feet were so happy in them that I kept them on.”

“Visited Talbots Mirimar Outlet while on vacation and lost my glasses while there. Besides being incredibly helpful while shopping these ladies went above and beyond to help me locate my glasses, even walking to the parking lot to see if they were there. I can't thank them enough as I am near blind and glasses for me are a huge expense. They helped me pick out an outfit with jewelry to match that's already my favorite. Can't thank them enough. We had the best sales associate. Her name was Daisy. She was super helpful. Did more than she needed to do bent over backwards and could not have been nicer. Overall a fantastic shopping experience. “My husband and I went to the Coconut Point location on Labor Day. Excellent experience - incredible helpful team! Clean surroundings and very nicely merchandised and displayed.Despite the business of the store (great sale) we were greeted and asked if we needed help and actually 2 people helped us. Michale and a lovely woman whose name unfortunately I did not get.Since the store was crazy busy (many shoppers all vying for attention and help) so we were pleased with the personal attention we received.The woman was very helpful and went to the storeroom get the sizes we thought were needed to only be whisked away by a bunch of other customers. Quickly Michale stepped in and was so patient and kind helping us to find the right size and perfect shoe to fit our needs. He provided great insight and was diligent by asking questions regarding fit and our specific need. He explained about the benefits of each shoe to us. Interesting enough he taught us about the history of the store and how it is expected to expand throughout Florida. “DO YOU BELIEVE IN MANY SOLE MATES?Pratts shoe salon has many locations throughout Naples and other parts of Florida. They don't only have shoes but cute purses, clothing and other accessories. This location is at the Village Shops in Venetian Bay and attracts many lady shoppers. It is a very upscale boutique, but sometimes if you hit them just right, they will be having their annual sidewalk sale and you can pick up some items for great deals. We came in not looking for anything specific, just browsing but the sales associates were still very friendly and welcoming. If you are in the market for some new shoes I highly suggest popping in here.”
