“Take out your phone right now and add Southern Collision Center to your emergency contacts. Our college daughter was rear-ended on Hwy 95 and we had the good fortune of someone recommending Steve and Southern. We live 8 hours away but she immediately felt taken care of and less overwhelmed. He made a bad situation feel under control and easy. For a first accident, that was everything. Communication was outstanding throughout. And of course, the car looked brand new when we picked it up. He Communicated with the insurance throughout and made sure that they didn’t nickel dime the repair. I cannot say enough good things about Steve and the team there. Huge recommend.”

“This place is exceptional. I went in be because I was rear ended and there was damage to the bumper and tailgate. Paul took a look and said he could have it fixed in 2-3 weeks depending on parts. I didn't have to do anything to get a rental vehicle. Enterprise is on site. I signed a few papers, got into the rental in the parking lot. I received text updates routinely letting me know the progress. 7 days after I brought my car in, I got a call from Paul letting me know the work was done. It looks like there was never any damage. Left the rental keys with Master and drove off with my car. Such a painless and efficient process. Thanks for the great service”

“I brought my 2013 Nissan 370 Z in for headlight repair that simply could not be done by myself or a detailer. It needed to be done by professionals and that’s exactly what DZL is all about and they did an excellent job of salvaging my lights and I will use them again and again I totally recommend them!”

“they have got the most honest people working there, unfortunately, I did not get there names, wish I had. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes with the correct part the 1st time. went home ,replaced the part ,as I was just finishing, they called me, asked me if I lost something. at 1st ,thought maybe I left my credit card, so I checked my money clip and realized all my cash was missing, all $1200. she said it's here, I rushed over with sockets rolling on floor board. 99 9% of any other place, i wouldn't have gotten it back, sad thing to say, but truth. I've got back all $1200. thank you, thank you, thank you.”

“Went into Advance Auto explaining my car issue with the highly technical diagnosis of: “I think the thing ….that connects my battery to the car is… gross?” ? Somehow Paul immediately knew exactly what I meant and didn’t even blink. Turns out the “gross thing” was my battery terminal looking like it had been growing its own ecosystem. He got me the part, explained it without making me feel dumb, and had me back on the road before my Chevy decided to audition for another electrical horror movie. Customer service like that deserves a raise and probably a medal for translating chaotic car descriptions into actual mechanic language. 10/10 — if ur car is making you question your sanity, ask for Paul. I will be back again!!”
