“This location definitely treated me better than the other location, but I'm just going to give it 4-stars because it's just a bank.
I came in on a random morning and I wanted to deposit some cash. I went up to the drive thru and the ATP was out of service. I had to park and get out and I tried to use the ATP inside, it wasn't accepting my pin. For some reason, maybe I forgot it? (It's a new account so don't judge me.)
Meanwhile, this bank had maybe three customers inside it, tops.
I gave the attendant my ID and debit card and I tried many pins about 6 times before I realized 'Ok' now I really need help. Then the manager helped me reset my pin, offered me a credit card, and only then was a I finally able to make my deposit.
(It was literally only like a $28 deposit ?)”

“Don't deposit cash in the ATM outside. It ate all my rent money. However with that being said, the store manager Allen Wier was amazing in helping me get my money back. The bank does not service the outside ATM, but he was on the phone instantly with the company, and he filed a claim for my money. Although I did have to wait 3 business days, the money was back in my account. I'm very thankful for all his help.”

STEPHANIE REEVES a GIANT THANK YOU for going above and beyond for trying to help me with the inept Chase estate services department who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Going through a sudden death of a family member and dealing with the estate department has been traumatic. They are unhelpful and unwilling to help they do not know what they are doing in this department and point fingers instead of trying to get to the bottom of the problem, they will not pay out the money that was in my loved ones account who died suddenly.ZERO STARS for CHASE ESTATE department, heartless and despicable. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for what they are doing to me. As many times as I have called that department, I have been told something different every single time. This is outrageous!You will definitely need an attorney to deal with this department! LESS THAN ZERO”
“There is a lot of bad reviews I see here but from my experience if you deal with John cave he is meticulous he is caring he definitely gets things done but overall he cares about all of his customers I can't speak for anybody else that works there just see him when you go in and he'll get anything you need done he deserves a promotion he's the face of that bank I will only deal with him even if I have to wait an hour this company needs to recognize that he is a great employee and hopefully he gets a promotion”

“I’ve had a great experience at this Chase Bank location. It’s never crowded, and they offer appointments, which makes everything quick and easy. They have four ATM machines; two inside and two outside the building, so I never have to wait in line.
I also want to highlight David, who is bilingual and has been incredibly helpful. He assisted us with opening accounts, notarizing documents, and handling multiple transactions. He’s always very attentive, professional, and cordial. His excellent customer service has made every visit smooth and stress-free.
