STEPHANIE REEVES a GIANT THANK YOU for going above and beyond for trying to help me with the inept Chase estate services department who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Going through a sudden death of a family member and dealing with the estate department has been traumatic. They are unhelpful and unwilling to help they do not know what they are doing in this department and point fingers instead of trying to get to the bottom of the problem, they will not pay out the money that was in my loved ones account who died suddenly.ZERO STARS for CHASE ESTATE department, heartless and despicable. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for what they are doing to me. As many times as I have called that department, I have been told something different every single time. This is outrageous!You will definitely need an attorney to deal with this department! LESS THAN ZERO”

“I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but that was not my experience at all. I had to go in for three different transactions that had to be very precise. We were greeted right away by Ashaud, he gave me exactly what I needed to fill out, he made sure I had everything including lending me his pen. Then went to the Renee Grant, and she was amazing. Super efficient and even helped me with copies that I needed. Plus great personality and great service. I have not been in a bank in about three years and was so pleased with my service today.”
“TD Bank lives up to the name of being the most convenient, however when i walked in to replace my card, they never told me i needed an ID after losing my wallet, and the card swiper for using the ATM used to malfunction a bit. Other than that, my experiences with TD have been humble and they’ve had good customer service. Hope to see this banking chain rise towards the top. Thanks for your years of support and services and assisting me with my account during my times of distress.”
