“I went to this T-Mobile with my best friend this evening and experienced some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Jordi by far, hands done, delivered a phenomenal customer service experience. He answered all of our questions exceptionally. He made sure we understood the different plan options and devices we were interested in. Though he was juggling multiple customers he made every one of them feel heard. The best associate I’ve ever interacted with at any T-Mobile location, if I could give him 10 stars I would.”
