Pick up customer service was friendly and quick. After-hours return via the app was pretty quick and easy too.

The person on the phone (I’m assuming manager?) was EXTREMELY rude sounding the entire time I was on the phone and kept cutting me off; when I did say towards the end that I appreciated his help, he literally just hung up on me….
