“First cold night in FL and for someone who lives in a RV full time, we wanted to use our fireplace and we’ve been out of propane for a few days now! We went to U-haul first 20 minutes before they closed and they had already locked the propane tank for refills and refused to unlock it so I called Eddie’s and he said he was closing early but he would wait for us - he gave us a great deal on 2 tank refills and was quick and honest! Definitely will be getting our business from now on.”
“I shopped here for nearly 20 years before moving out of Florida altogether. The owners were always super kind and friendly. Store is well-stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Growing up in NW Bradenton, it was a super convenient location to ride my bike to. As I got older, it remained a local staple and many late night snack/beer runs were made here. It is an all-around great store. 5/5 stars.”

“This gas station is amazing!! I stopped to get gas and I ran inside to pay for gas (discount when paying in cash) I brought my family in with me and it was such a wonderful experience! It is nice and clean (even the bathrooms) and the staff is great, very friendly and always smiling. I was taken back by the amazing fresh deli food they serve and the great variety of snacks. Extremely pleased, this is now my go to gas station!!”

“Well, this tiny strip mall was kinda dying, but slowly coming back to life. There's a dollar tree, Archwell Health that recently moved in, a Spanish restaurant, Laundromat, barber shop, bingo land and a Chinese restaurant. The Dollar Tree is definitely worth the trip. You can eat, play bingo, get a haircut, wash your laundry, then see the doctor!”

“This interview is specifically for Janyris, as there are only one or two employees that are good here. She’s the best. My amazing husband called at literally 11:15pm because I was having pregnancy cravings, and the young lady we spoke to must have JUST clocked in for her night shift - 3rd shift is ROUGH, so it was a really pleasant surprise to hear such a nice voice on the phone with great customer service. Not only was she super sweet, she answered all of our questions and because we appreciate her, we will go back in to see her in this store in for her shift tomorrow. I know how difficult it is to work shifts EXTREMELY close together on a 24 hour schedule and barely having a couple hours to sleep or eat or shower or LIVE between shifts, so I empathize, but want to commend for being an OUTSTANDING employee and an amazing and kind, thoughtful, and brilliant person. If this is a franchise location, I believe she ought to own it. With a work ethic like hers, she will go so far in life. I hope this young lady gets an I hope this young lady gets a raise and I hope she gets to work shifts with a more fair amount of hours between them ASAP. I hope that for ALL of the employees at this store! Again, this review is specifically for Janyris, and she deserves way more than five stars.”

“Cleanest, nicest gas station bathrooms in the entire state of Florida. Ran in close to closing for gas and a Coke to make the long drive to Tampa and decided to use the facilities, and found the place to be clean, stocked, and well lit. Counter guys were friendly and helpful.”

Its unfortunate the negative reviews about the man that owns the store , he is suffering a major health issue that affects his ability to speak, his wife is a very sweet woman doing her best to keep things running while caring for him, so yes sometimes they close early unannounced for medical reasons. I always support local business before running to the next " chain " store. It feels even better to know its truly helping a family survive. I dont believe any dog should be in a store where food is sold! UNLESS it's for a medical condition!! Im an animal LOVER but not everyone is and that should be respected. The man doesnt want to lose customers bc you couldnt leave your dog outside for 3mins”

“We had a problem with a U-Haul order at another location and we were helped by the uhaul people, they sent us to the 9th St Country Store. We were greeted by the lovely owner who quickly found our reservation and got us our truck! The store offers great service and were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend them for your U-Haul needs or anything else a convenience store might offer! Great service.”
