“I recently set up a unit at Midgard Self Storage in Lakewood Ranch, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish, all thanks to Lee. Without question or exaggeration, working with Lee over the phone was the best level of customer service I have EVER experienced in my lifetime across any industry. She had an incredible grasp of their process, outlined every single detail to a T, and made the entire setup effortless. Her instructions were crystal clear and executed flawlessly. If you need storage in the Lakewood Ranch area, this is the place to go. Lee sets the gold standard for what world class service looks like. Outstanding job! If I could make the review 10 stars I would.”

Self-Storage at U-Haul
3602 14th Street West, Bradenton FL 34205
“I've had the best experience with this Uhaul specifically. They went above and beyond to help me move. The movers they provided were extremely nice and respectful, listened to all my concerns and left me speechless with how well they organized my uhaul pod ensuring everything I owned fit so I didn't have to throw anything away. I accidently left an important document and was able to access the pod immediately. Truly a great company with extremely nice workers. 10/10 recommend.”

Trailer Hitches at U-Haul
3602 14th Street West, Bradenton FL 34205
“Would use again. Specifically Ashley was very helpful and courteous. Had us in and out, in minutes. There was a small issue with a late charge being wrongfully added and taking 3 and a half weeks to get a refund is pretty annoying Thats why 4 stars ( make sure to get paperwork on return they are the busiest uhaul in town ). Once talking directly with Laurin the store manager it was corrected immediately. Aside from the late charge... Great service.”

Budget Truck Rental
303 U.S. 301 Desoto Square Mall, Suite 909, Bradenton FL 34205
“As is the norm these days I placed a reservation online and received an e-mail confirming my rental for a moving box truck at a price no other rental company could touch. The next day I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk to reconfirm the specs and price. So I hustled down to the store to be told sorry no can do and really wasn’t given any other options besides to call customer service. Now witht the being said Today was no ordinary day it was the first day that commerse and shops fully reopened after hurricane Ian. Only the week of Christmas can compare to how busy this Monday turned out to be. Anyone with a smidgen of empathy should’ve exuded patience this day because we all to often these days forget that person behind the counter is dealing with the same hardships you are in the aftermath of a storm like Ian. So to get to the point I needed a truck to move out of my flooded house the the reservation was not correct regarding inventory but after a few hours they pulled every string to go above and beyond to get me my moving truck today at a great price! It involved at least 6 or 7 employees get it done because of a glitch in the system. With how chaotic and busy it was in the office today they could have let it go but thanks Bradenton Budget rentals! Ps. its time we hold the overpaid underperforming back office IT staff accountable.”
