Our installation team of Preston and Dee were fabulous. They took away our old appliances and installed the new ones in a very short time. They were extremely professional and respectful of our home. They were personable and courteous- a real compliment to Rices.”
“I am someone who likes to give a review of a business, when it’s more than deserved. The Aaron’s located in Bradenton 34207, is definitely deserving of this review due to, exceptional customer service and should be recognized.
As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for the past 35 years, I know firsthand how rare it is to consistently receive outstanding service. Unfortunately, customer service today is often not what it used to be—but Aaron’s is a refreshing exception.
Over the past year, every experience I’ve had has been professional, courteous, and genuinely customer-focused. The management team, especially Greg, Michael, and Corey have always gone above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and my needs were met. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and truly care about their customers.
The support staff deserves recognition as well. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. It’s clear that providing excellent customer service is part of the culture at this Aaron’s location.
Consistency is what impresses me most. It’s easy to have one good experience, but to receive the same exceptional level of service every single time over the course of a year says a great deal about this team.

“I have purchased two fan from this store location. Fans work great. Would definitely buy from them again. Then, this week, I had an issue with a fan purchased from a big box store many many years ago. I took the fan apart at home and brought in the light housing. They were able to diagnose my issue and help me fix it. The two men that helped me were wonderful (Thank you Macgyver!). If you are reading this review, please go to this store if you want to buy an excellent fan with great service.”

“Pretty easy rental..tools were clean..in great shape..and worked well..exceeded my expectations..the cement saw..battery powered hitachi..was a beast..had to charge batteries twice..but was a decent length cut..it chewed thru the cement like a hot knife thru butter..the hilti jackhammer/breaker..did a great job too..would rent again..only reason didn't give 5 stars was took a long time to get checked out..”

“Our condo board hired Synergy to remove & replace about 40 exterior light fixtures, many of which were damaged during a hurricane. The lights were located on balconies, which made the work all the more difficult. Josh & Corbin were very helpful throughout the process & the installation team was diligent , efficient and responsive to my requests, easily one of the best I’ve had the pleasure to work with.”

“Each of the local Home Depot locations has different skus. Each location manager chooses what they want to stock. The Bradenton highway 64 location is my usual store for small plants, topsoil, sand and pavers. I noticed they had improved the quality of the St. Augustin sod plugs.
I go to the Cortez location for rubber mulch and citrus trees.”
“My husband laughs at me for loving to go here with him but I always find something for the house and their garden center is wonderful. It's a big place so give yourself time to find things.”

“I normally deal with store 0244 on Cortez , we decided to take drive one day and ended up at your store. I have to say I was impressed. Impressed to the point where after speaking with Tim in flooring I decided to have a measure done and ordered my Lifeproof carpet with premium pad installed for both my master bedroom and the master walk in closet. I then met David in custom design and decided why not, placed my order for 5 cabinets , Kohler tub and Toto commode. I am a retired proud HD associate and while there I was exceptionally happy to see some very familiar faces from my old store. I received notice something was being delivered on the 4th of August and had to find out what the item was. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jowella who like a pro handled my issues and made me breathe a little easier. To all the crew of store 1863, kuddos for a job well done, to all those I had the pleasure of working with from store 0244 your talents abound, Best of luck will see you all again soon as I believe a store change for my large purchases has come.
