As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for the past 35 years, I know firsthand how rare it is to consistently receive outstanding service. Unfortunately, customer service today is often not what it used to be—but Aaron’s is a refreshing exception.
Over the past year, every experience I’ve had has been professional, courteous, and genuinely customer-focused. The management team, especially Greg, Michael, and Corey have always gone above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and my needs were met. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and truly care about their customers.
The support staff deserves recognition as well. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. It’s clear that providing excellent customer service is part of the culture at this Aaron’s location.
Consistency is what impresses me most. It’s easy to have one good experience, but to receive the same exceptional level of service every single time over the course of a year says a great deal about this team.

“What a patriotic store. It’s Memorial Day and it’s all about the red, white and blue. This target is fully stocked and well organized, compared the their UTC counterpart!
Everything is well laid out, so clean and off course summer is around the corner, so everything is swim wear, sunscreen, flip flops and the most beautiful entertaining pieces for your bbq and grilling.
I really enjoyed this trip. Kudos to that staff that keep everything intact’”
“Samantha really is amazing especially since a man came in to pay his bill walked out no problem and the girl with him got out the car came in with his receipt and asked the manager for 36 cents which she replied would come as a credit on the account and the lady just stood there and waited then got on her phone talking crap and the manager kindly told her if she didn’t like the metro store she’s in she’s always welcome to go to another like Samantha is better then me and was extremely professional about the situation. Like how you come in the store asking for change that wasn’t even yours and then get upset with the answer because you didn’t like it. Get a job and a life and don’t go back to the metro store if you only go to try and make issues. Cynthia truly went above and beyond in helping me resolve my issue. For full disclosure I work at this Costco (not for TMobile), but I use to manage a cell phone store and I know a good employee when I see one, and that is Cynthia!
In helping me transfer my phone from Verizon (btw, everyone on the team at the t-Mobile kiosk pitched in and helped so kudos to Cody and his staff), I emphasized what was important to me. She recognized why it was important to me and helped me, going above and beyond so that the transfer could be completed even though there could be potential complications. And sure enough the potential complication did arise, and Cynthia hung in there with me even after hours to make sure that it got resolved relieving an enormous amount of stress off of me.

My roommate and I asked that they have some buffalo rollers and taquitos on the hotdog rollers in the evening so we could grab them as snacks and now whenever we stop in (4-5 times a week) they are always in fresh supply. Friendly staff, and typical 7-11 offerings. They also always have Italian Classic subs which I appreciate.”
