“Went to add my daughter to my account. Nick was the person who assisted us. He was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient while I asked my questions. “Arrived on a Friday and it was a little crowded. Sara was our customer service agent and she was great! Attentive, listened to what we needed and did not make us feel like she was rushing us. Great customer service from her! Noise environment was loud so we felt we had to talk over the music. Other than that Sara was extremely customer focused !”

“Amazing service and technical support offered by Malachi Talz! Malachi reviewed all of our streaming bundles, extra features on our plan, and unexpectedly helped us save on several streaming services we were paying for individually. He flawlessly helped us set up my husband's new phone, and add a Hot Spot feature. It was refreshing to work with a young person full of technical knowledge AND the ability to communicate effectively with us. Ask for Malachi....you will be happy you did!!”

“All of the sales people and technicians at this location are top tier. I have actually been in twice in the past month (once to purchase and set up a new Apple Watch for my 12 yr old son and another time today to purchase and set up a new phone as mine was stolen) Both times the staff was super friendly and helpful. My technician today was Shannon. She got me set up with a new phone in under an hour. She explained everything thoroughly, was patient with all of the hoops we had to jump through to get everything set up, and helped save me some money. 10 out of 10! Thank you so much Shannon!!!!!”
