I have actually been in twice in the past month (once to purchase and set up a new Apple Watch for my 12 yr old son and another time today to purchase and set up a new phone as mine was stolen) Both times the staff was super friendly and helpful. My technician today was Shannon. She got me set up with a new phone in under an hour. She explained everything thoroughly, was patient with all of the hoops we had to jump through to get everything set up, and helped save me some money. 10 out of 10! Thank you so much Shannon!!!!!”
