I’m fairly new to running and came in knowing I needed new shoes, but honestly had no idea what type would be best for me. Susie and Liz were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right pair. They asked about my running, my goals, and what I was looking for, then let me try on a bunch of different options without ever making me feel rushed. They also walked me through the in-store foot scan and treadmill gait analysis, explaining what everything meant and how it affected which shoes would work best for my feet and running style. What really stood out was how much time and effort they put into making sure I left with a shoe that actually fit me properly rather than just trying to sell me something. Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
