“BEFORE I put gas in my 1997 Ford Ranger XLT with a V6, 4.0L. engine, I ALREADY knew about 2 years ago that I had a leak coming from up underneath my truck because when my youngest son, Tommy was with me THAT particular one day at the Shell convenience store in Plant City, Florida, he came out of the store & he told me to "?/STOP pumping the gas", because it was pouring out REALLY BAD WITHOUT my knowledge. I told him to hurry back inside to tell the clerk to turn the ⛽/gas pump OFF & to see IF they had any oil dry to spread around on the parking lot there. I must have lost about 2 gallons, roughly? I was PAST PISSED that #1, I did NOT know about the leak when I had bought the truck about 3 or 4 years ago, AND #2, I lost a LOT of gas THAT day & THAT was the MOST that I had ever lost in my WHOLE 61+ years of my life!So, the moral of the TRUE STORY is to "be EXTRA, EXTRA CAUTIOUS when filling up or just putting ANY AMOUNT of fuel in your vehicle"!!Thank God ALMIGHTY ABOVE that my youngest son, Tommy was with me THAT SPECIAL, PARTICULAR DAY!!!Thank you, AGAIN, HEAVENLY FATHER for me NOT having any threats, or ANYTHING, or ANYONE hurt that day! “New Owners....Maybe? I LOVE THEM! They have EVERYTHING in this little gas station. EVEN CASINO GAMES BY FIRELINK. Oh yessss, winner, winner right herre.....$130 in the bank when I was still 3 days from a payday! Expedient service with a smile and more willing to help then any other store I've been to in a whole month of Sundays. No soap in the bathroom but toilet paper was there. Yes ladies ...NO OUT OF ORDER SIGN .....OMG ? yea a functional decent restroom in working order and I don't need a key or to wait in a line to use the restroom. It's actually refreshing! “Purchased Ultimate Wash for Hyundai Veloster. The wash ended very quickly. If the side brushes passed over the body more than twice, then the top brush passed once from the front of the car to the back of the roof of the car and then everything turned off. It should be? Why was there no protective coating? Why was there no car rinsing? Is there no airflow when leaving? The windshield, hood, roof, and rear trunk were dirty. There is a residue due to lack of rinsing to remove foam. You have a great sink, but I haven't had any luck with it.”

“Good selection of drinks and beer, some excellent sale prices and an awesome rewards program. I've gotten so much free gas from their rewards plus some great gift cards sales.
That said, the place has a rough customer base and it's always got rough customers going through. That's not the store's fault but I do prefer to stop at other locations because of it.”

“Never did I ever think I would find a gas station rest room worth 5 stars and write a review about it. I stopped at this Shell Station on the way home because it was conveniently on my way. Never been there. I asked to use the bathroom first. It was exceptionally clean. I commented to the "owner" how impressed I was at the condition of the restroom to which he responded "we keep it like home". I believe him. Kudos. Should be more like that.”

“3.39 a gallon is pretty decent—very helpful attendant for this 1st timers experience. Definitely busy, but people are quick to get it and go. I appreciate the signs that show red and green gas pumps lit up to indicate empty or full spots. It's one way, so no chaos.”
