Don't care for the crowds and the free-for-all around the rotisserie chicken rack but we missed scanning one item in our cart at check-out. The staff was cool about letting us go back and sort it out.

Purchased a dell laptop for home use. When the employee brought the laptop to the register, the box was damaged. When I asked him to replace with an undamaged box; he did so.
Check out was smooth and quick. Great transaction!

I love sams the scan and go to pay and skip the line is my favorite thing. They have really good prices and the Cafe is 10/10.
