“This Brandon Pharmacy really came through for me when I needed a script that was very hard to find … Angelica went out of her way to assist me and was able to provide my prescriptions the very same day . She also provided me with the prescriptions that was lower than the very reasonable price that she quoted . They also have a really neat website and use a prescription refill system called Nimble which very conveniently lets you refill prescriptions and lets you know when your prescriptions are ready . I’m looking forward to using this system and getting my prescriptions filled here in the future ! Sincerely Lance Jacobs”

“This is a small Sam's Club. But it's nice. The TV section has a feeling to it that may make some people who are sensitive nauseated. But other than that it's a good place to shop.”
“I accompanied my dad for his hearing test with Paul at the Lucid location at Sam’s. We conveniently booked his appointment online and everything was on time.
I cannot begin to express how grateful I was for Paul’s care during my dad’s hearing test. Not only is Paul gracious and patient but he is knowledgeable, explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and is respectful and honest.
Getting to the point of realizing you might need hearing aids can be overwhelming. Paul helped my dad understand his specific challenges then he explained the options for hearing airs. We did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at any point.
While we were there two other customers came in needing help with cleaning and batteries and I was impressed with how graciously Paul engaged with each customer.
I would recommend this location to anyone!”

“Used to be a customer friendly place, now the wait time to reach this pharmacy by phone is over 10 minutes. I think they got rid of people and overworking the remaining ones.

“I don't leave too many reviews but when a person or business exceeds my expectations, I feel it is necessary to let it be known. I have been going to Sam's Club Pharmacy in Brandon for years. I can only speak about my own experience but it seems as though when dealing with some doctors offices, pharmacies, insurance companies, etc, I am treated like a number and not a human. The one place this does not happen nor has EVER happened is Sam's Club Pharmacy in Brandon. Not only am I treated like a human, the staff (Jemie, Virgil, Miriam, Stephanie, and others) treat me like FAMILY. Each person on the staff exceeds my expectations during every visit and every phone call. I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone at Sam's Club Pharmacy in Brandon for putting ME (the customer) above all else. You're the best!”

“Al has been my Pharmacist for many years. He has always been very attentive, helpful and at the same time so knowledgeable about all the aspects of the medications you are taking!
In regards to a previous review...Pharmacists are Doctors! Acording to the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, in order to take such exam and pass, you must have a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree ( Pharm. D).”

“Stopped by this Walgreens location on Lumsden & Providence to have my passport picture taken. The lady behind the counter was so nice and welcoming. I feel so bad I don't remember her name but she was as nice as could be! A+ for customer service! Photos came out great for passport standards (lol). Wonderful and I would recommend this location as the cashier was also Dina Ms courteous!”
“Calyssa was amazingly helpful when a prescription was backordered for 2 months at CVS, yet Walmart had it in stock. She made the extra effort to get it transferred without me having to call my provider again. Great service!!”

I visited CVS to have my COVID booster shot, he not only helped me with the shot (not hurt at all which was rare and awesome), he also checked my immunization record and helped me with other vaccines I need which saved me another trip. During the whole process, he was positive and I really enjoyed talking with him.”
