“I accompanied my dad for his hearing test with Paul at the Lucid location at Sam’s. We conveniently booked his appointment online and everything was on time.
I cannot begin to express how grateful I was for Paul’s care during my dad’s hearing test. Not only is Paul gracious and patient but he is knowledgeable, explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and is respectful and honest.
Getting to the point of realizing you might need hearing aids can be overwhelming. Paul helped my dad understand his specific challenges then he explained the options for hearing airs. We did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at any point.
While we were there two other customers came in needing help with cleaning and batteries and I was impressed with how graciously Paul engaged with each customer.
I would recommend this location to anyone!”

“I don't leave too many reviews but when a person or business exceeds my expectations, I feel it is necessary to let it be known. I have been going to Sam's Club Pharmacy in Brandon for years. I can only speak about my own experience but it seems as though when dealing with some doctors offices, pharmacies, insurance companies, etc, I am treated like a number and not a human. The one place this does not happen nor has EVER happened is Sam's Club Pharmacy in Brandon. Not only am I treated like a human, the staff (Jemie, Virgil, Miriam, Stephanie, and others) treat me like FAMILY. Each person on the staff exceeds my expectations during every visit and every phone call. I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone at Sam's Club Pharmacy in Brandon for putting ME (the customer) above all else. You're the best!”
“Made an appointment to get new tires for my 2007 Honda Element. Got there about 15 mins early, John came up to the register and quickly checked me in. He said it would take about 1.5 hours. My daughter and I went to the Club Cafe to hangout while we waited. To my astonishment, I got a call from Carl saying the tires were put on in 45 minutes! He checked my battery too. It was awesome! Drove the car home. The new tires make such a difference in the feel of the ride. Had I known what a great team exists at the Brandon Sam's Club Tire & Battery, I would've bought new tires a long time ago! Thank you SO MUCH John & Carl for your excellent service! “This morning, I busted a tire and unknowingly, the rim as well. Since I got my tires here, they squeezed me in for this afternoon. Jahsh was immensely helpful in inspecting the issue, not only showing me but also explaining exactly what was wrong, and then ordering the tire and locating the rim needed. Other customers were coming in as well and he managed to still help multiple people in a timely fashion! ✨”

“I’m not sure why this center has low reviews. I visited today for a glasses exam and had a wonderful experience. I saw Dr. Nguyen, he was so polite and my eye exam was great. I was seen on time and his nurse was so nice. I highly recommend this vision center. The insurance approval process was a breeze and they have a lot of really nice, reasonably priced frames.”

“This is a small Sam's Club. But it's nice. The TV section has a feeling to it that may make some people who are sensitive nauseated. But other than that it's a good place to shop.”
