“Gas prices are really good the app works great. Just drive up to the pump and scan! Didn't have it a 5 start because the way they do the traffic is insane they need to come up with another method”

“Purchased a dell laptop for home use. When the employee brought the laptop to the register, the box was damaged. When I asked him to replace with an undamaged box; he did so. Check out was smooth and quick. Great transaction!”

“A discernibly reduced price is apparent; however, protection is not provided during rainfall. As a result, both merchandise and customers are adversely affected and inconvenienced. Thus, it is requested that, during the rainy period, a waterproof tent be acquired for loading his items, procured from your Costco store, into his vehicles.”

“This is a small Sam's Club. But it's nice. The TV section has a feeling to it that may make some people who are sensitive nauseated. But other than that it's a good place to shop.”

“The Costco cafe food court (which is a bit of a misnomer but let’s not get stuck in the weeds) now offers Coca-Cola!! This makes the $1.50 hotdog and Coke deal the most amazing deal in the world! Throw out the hotdog? Still a great deal!!! 100%!!”

“If everyone in the medical service industry cared as much about their patients/customers as the group at Sam's Club Pharmacy in Brandon, the world would be a better place. I can't say enough about these wonderful people. They exceed expectations on every visit and they care as if you are family. Thank you to ALL of you!”

“Costco’s prices for pet medication is substantially less than what they charge at the vet office. The staff are always professional and friendly. Consistently good service.”

“This store is pretty well stocked and organized. I enjoy coming here for a lot of our bulk items. I usually will pick out different meats and go home to separate them into bags to make multiple meals. The employees are helpful any time I have needed anything. When I'm in a rush, I use the scan and go in the app to get in and out really quick. It's so convenient!”

“Made an appointment to get new tires for my 2007 Honda Element. Got there about 15 mins early, John came up to the register and quickly checked me in. He said it would take about 1.5 hours. My daughter and I went to the Club Cafe to hangout while we waited. To my astonishment, I got a call from Carl saying the tires were put on in 45 minutes! He checked my battery too. It was awesome! Drove the car home. The new tires make such a difference in the feel of the ride. Had I known what a great team exists at the Brandon Sam's Club Tire & Battery, I would've bought new tires a long time ago! Thank you SO MUCH John & Carl for your excellent service! I'd give you ten stars if I could!”

“I accompanied my dad for his hearing test with Paul at the Lucid location at Sam’s. We conveniently booked his appointment online and everything was on time. I cannot begin to express how grateful I was for Paul’s care during my dad’s hearing test. Not only is Paul gracious and patient but he is knowledgeable, explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and is respectful and honest. Getting to the point of realizing you might need hearing aids can be overwhelming. Paul helped my dad understand his specific challenges then he explained the options for hearing airs. We did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at any point. While we were there two other customers came in needing help with cleaning and batteries and I was impressed with how graciously Paul engaged with each customer. I would recommend this location to anyone!”

“Like many Costco members I get my daily use tires at Costco so that’s where I go for service. Being the only Costco in Brandon and Brandon’s population absolutely exploded in recent years the wait times are a bit long. It’s just life. Anyways… today I brought my truck in for rotate and balance. I’m stationed in Key West so when I’m up on leave I get maintenance done. The staff did a phenomenal job. Cody got me in (I also had an appointment), Anthony got the truck back and I was out. Check that off my list of things to do.”

“I’m not sure why this center has low reviews. I visited today for a glasses exam and had a wonderful experience. I saw Dr. Nguyen, he was so polite and my eye exam was great. I was seen on time and his nurse was so nice. I highly recommend this vision center. The insurance approval process was a breeze and they have a lot of really nice, reasonably priced frames.”
