“I really wish I got the woman’s name I saw today. It was 7/27/24. I think she was the only woman working at that time. she had gauges in her ears & short hair and an all black outfit on. I came in looking for the ultimate comfort shoe for an all day stand / walk shoe for theme parks etc. she took me to a foot scanner and told me she’d bring me out the perfect shoes for my foot and high arch. She brought me exactly what I was looking for in what colors they had available. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up leaving with the On Clouds she had brought to me to try on. Highly recommend coming here to get fitted for your perfect shoe!”

“FLY sells the hottest and newest fashion trends arounds for urban street wear. They have a huge selection of high end brands and are constantly getting in new merchandise weekly. I have not found another store in the Tampa Bay area like it!I absolutely love all the employees! “i walked in not knowing what i should buy , i jst knew i wanted a outfit. a little short mexican (evelyn? i think was her name) seen me struggling and she went straight into helping me. she was incredibly sweet and very helpful! :) She has great customer service skills. She went above and beyond to help me . She was able to help me find what I needed and more. She showed me all the different options that the store had of what I was looking for. I walked away with a smile on my face due to her helping me pick out many great outfits and her providing her excellent service ;)”

“I visited Rack Room Shoes at Brandon mall this weekend. I am mostly blind, hard of hearing and experience sensory overload often when vising the mall. I needed new walking shoes and was overwhelmed by my first stop at Dillard's. I was greeted by Reeya when I entered Rack Room. I told her what I needed, that I couldn't see well and would need extra help. I was so pleased with my shopping experience! Reeya directed me to a seat, listened, brought me selections based on my needs and told me prices so I could make an informed choice. She was professional, courteous, had a lovely sense of humor and all my anxiety melted away. I'm very happy Reeya was the one who assisted me and accommodated my disability with respect and a genuine desire to assure my visit was successful and positive. Because of Reeya, Rack Room will be my new go to place for shoes.”

“Excellent customer interaction. Came through the store on 4th of July and the two young ladies working there and a young man were all be try delightful. Speaking with customers in a friendly and pleasant manner, helping customers put jibbitz on their crocs, and creates an upbeat pleasant air. It was my first time at a croc store and the staff were patient, telling us about the 4th of July sales going on and when my mom asked one of the ladies working the price of the jibbitz in her clear basket, she pointed to every single on naming the price from memory. she knew her merchandise.
