“I really had top-tier Service yesterday. I walked in the store with my son and we needed a senior photo outfit. They helped out picking the outfit and even steamed it so he can wear it leaving the store. There was a store associate there and the store manager named Ronaldo. “I do not frequent American Eagle very often as I am a 48 year-old mother of adults. However, I had bought a pair of jeans back in February. (PERFECT EVERYTHING) I’ve gained a little weight since then as it’s July so I was on the hunt for this one particular pair of jeans in the next size up. There was a Young man named Angel, who helped me try on at least 11 different pairs of jeans. We actually found the EXACT jeans I was looking for! He is a GODSEND. “I think of HomeSense as “Home Goods on steroids”!? Their rug selection is a perfect example of that! If you can’t find a rug that fits your space and budget here you’re not looking hard enough! The volume of rug inventory is the largest I’ve see outside of a flooring store - and you know you’re not overpaying for them here. The selection of lighting/lamps, end tables, stools and other furniture is really good - and I found plenty of tasteful options. The volume of dinnerware, glasses, baking ware, cookware etc. is extensive, as are the options for towels, bedding, curtains/drapes and bathroom stuff. There is tons of seasonal items (right now there is LOTS of wreaths, faux plants/flowers and planters). Also, there’s no shortage of specialized snack foods, teas, condiments and confections.
In recent weeks I’ve visited the store and the staff were friendly at the checkout. There are staff milling around the store, so you can get someone if you need assistance, but I’ve never had any member of staff specifically check on me as I shopped to ask if I need any help finding anything. That would be a nice touch.
I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to come here if I need a unique gift or something to beautify my home. Worth the trip to the store.”

“Listen, I hardly ever go into Walmart — probably less than 20 times a year — because normally the employees are so rude. But yesterday I had to go with my daughter looking for maternity clothes, and no one else had any. We couldn’t find them, so we asked this AWESOME employee named Liz, and she actually walked us all the way to the area, going out of her way to help.
Yeah, THAT’S what it’s all about. That was AAA customer service.”

“I really like this store. It has a very wide selection of home goods for really good prices. A lot of the items are left over top brands that are a fraction of the price you would pay at a big department store.”
