βI went in looking for a wind chime and was told they were already out of season. You're a discount store. You should have stuff like this throughout the store for any season, especially Florida.
I also was looking for a few other things but since they were switching stuff over to Halloween all the stuff that I went in looking for they didn't have anymore. So I guess I'll be going online and finding what I need somewhere else!β
βDiana in the Sephora department is amazing! Best color matching I've ever had. She honestly went above and beyond and made the experience enjoyable! She also prepped my face with moisturizer and sunscreen before leaving. Definitely ask for her!!β

βThe lines to check out are insane... many times ill just drop my items and leave not worth my time to spend my money with yall when yall cant have enough cashiers. When your stores close down think about this... AMAZON can have it to me over night these days!β
βCasey, the manager in the Juniors department, was incredibly helpful and patient. My issue was completely my fault, but she handled the situation professionally and helped resolve it quickly, all while assisting other customers in between.
She could have easily shown frustration or anger over a situation that I caused, but she never did. Instead, she remained kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire experience.
My experience at Dillard’s in Brandon was a positive one entirely because of the excellent service Casey provided. She is a true asset to the store and deserves recognition for the way she treats her customers.β
βNoah was very very very helpful with helping us find the 3.99$ motor oil and he gave us a ten percent discount very nice young man would hire for my own business if I started oneβ

βSo much great stuff for cheap! Dog beds for ie. Just got an orthopedic one for 60 when its usually double that! And they always have great random clothes and food! Love this place!β
βPicked up laundry detergent, a pack of socks, and a bag of frozen chicken. Aisles were clean and the stuff I needed was right where it should be. Self-checkout was fast. Easy stop. I'll keep using this one.β
βI had such an amazing experience at the JCPenney Beauty Department thanks to Kayla and Anahis. I came in looking for some makeup ideas, but honestly I was feeling a little down. The incredible customer service and kindness I received from both ladies completely changed my day. They made me feel like I was being pampered at a spa.
Kayla did my makeup and I absolutely loved how it turned out. Her attention to detail, creativity, and knowledge really stood out. She helped me learn a new way to do my eyes and showed me techniques for my eyebrows that I truly appreciated. She made me feel confident and beautiful.
Anahis was also amazing with her beautiful smile, welcoming personality, and wonderful customer service. The atmosphere they created was so positive, comfortable, and inviting.
I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be coming back. Thank you both for making me feel special and for providing such a great beauty experience!

βI do not frequent American Eagle very often as I am a 48 year-old mother of adults. However, I had bought a pair of jeans back in February. (PERFECT EVERYTHING) Iβve gained a little weight since then as itβs July so I was on the hunt for this one particular pair of jeans in the next size up. There was a Young man named Angel, who helped me try on at least 11 different pairs of jeans. We actually found the EXACT jeans I was looking for! He is a GODSEND. Because of Angel I will definitely be back!!! Thank you for helping me!!!β

βMy friend and I needed some tools for our car, so we headed straight to Walmart. We knew we could find what we needed there quickly and efficiently. This particular Walmart is large and offers a wide variety of food items, including different types of food options. They also sell good quality clothing and a variety of tools. The checkout process was easy and we were able to get in and out with our purchases in no time.β
βI really had top-tier Service yesterday. I walked in the store with my son and we needed a senior photo outfit. They helped out picking the outfit and even steamed it so he can wear it leaving the store. There was a store associate there and the store manager named Ronaldo. Very kind and Will come back due to excellent customer service! Thank you again guysβ
βI want to give 5 stars to Graciela, who was a wonderful help to me the minute i walked in. I was piecing together outfits for a trip I have coming up and she was super attentive & sweet and helpful. I would overall give 0 stars to the store manager an older lady that day, who was making me feeling very uncomfortable, she was basically following me around the store as if I was intending to steal something, was not friendly, just very nosey and overall profiling me. I did end up places my items on hold because it was my first stop in the mall and partially because of the old lady, she was wearing a dark purple set with, i remember because once again she was making me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, she didn’t create a welcoming environment. However Graciela did and if i find myself in the area again I hope she is working!!β
βListen, I hardly ever go into Walmart β probably less than 20 times a year β because normally the employees are so rude. But yesterday I had to go with my daughter looking for maternity clothes, and no one else had any. We couldnβt find them, so we asked this AWESOME employee named Liz, and she actually walked us all the way to the area, going out of her way to help.
Yeah, THATβS what itβs all about. That was AAA customer service.β

βI have no idea why this Walmart market is rated so poorly. It's the only Walmart I will step foot in for my groceries. I shop here every other week! The selection of groceries is PERFECT, the shelves are usually always completely stocked, and the store itself is amazingly clean. They do not have a bakery or deli, but they do have bakery goods located at the back right hand corner of the store, and deli subs next to the meat and yogurts. I particularly love the fact that they have conveyor belts at a few of the self checkouts. It makes it much easier & faster to ring up $200-$300 worth of groceries. They don't normally have a register open with an employee working it, but that's ok with me because I'm antisocial & the less human interaction, the better. Most people would complain I suppose, but I love it! It's my favorite Walmart ever!β

βOne of my favorite places to shop! I have spent so much money there! Its very affordable and you can find quality items there! I go for the clothes, so many cute tops and outfits especially after losing over 50 pounds in the last year and half! I get my church outfits and shoes from there as well! I Recently spent over $50 in baby gifts! So worth it! One thing I have to say, the check out lines can be long! I prefer to go in the morning when they first open, because it get crowded!β
