    “I was coming to see if the Olivia girl would write a bad review. The girls at the store were so great with helping to find sizes. We were behind the girl in line when she was raising her voice at the manager, I’m assuming her name is Nellie, and refused the managers offer to do an exchange. She threatened to write a bad review, but the manager still seemed to treat her with respect. I shop here all the time with my girls and the girls that work here are always sweet and helpful. It sucks that people try to bring others down.”

    “It’s faster to donate your clothes. Good prices for their clothes, though, if you’re buying. (Edit: 3–>4 stars: it’s a great place for buying clothes! Lots of comfy, wonderful clothes that smells great; highly recommend buying clothes from there over Ross or any mall store like jc penny) If you have a lot of clothes, it’ll make you a bit of gas or food money. Don’t expect to make a good $30-50 from selling clothes to them. I got $4 for two shirts. Better than nothing, but it took a good 30 minutes or so. I know it gets busy and I understand what it’s like working retail, but all I ask is for them to let me know it’ll take 30mn-1 hr to go do something else. I really don’t mind if it takes long, just as long as I’m given that information prior to looking around the store for 30mn (when I’m not interested in buying clothes).”
