“GO HERE FIRST! I just stopped in and unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed - that’s ok! Both young men tried to help me and called me sir. Couldn’t have been a better experience.
Go to the competition and wow that was horrible. Two people could not call anyone for help. No one showed up. One was more interested in talking to their friend. I had to be my own cashier at self checkout. No have a good day or any care that they had my business.
So yeah, go HERE first before you go anywhere. If it is more cost fine because you’re treated like a human not another meaningless number.

Even though our purchase of a special-order item was a few hundred dollars, William treated us as if we were building a million-dollar home. He also came up with a customer-focused solution on a re-order we needed. Wow!

“We own the two gun trailer mounted pressure washer and was having issues and I wanna say that the field technician they sent out named Jamie is top notch. He went above and beyond for customer service. Easy to work with and great at explaining everything we needed to know. He was excellent on everything timing, respect, and knowledge. Would recommend Jamie for any repairs on items purchased from Northern Tools. Great job and left a great impression with us.”

“I like Home Depot. But I like it better when the people that work there try to be helpful. This seems to be the exception rather than the rule at this particular Home Depot. I assume it’s a managerial problem. Other Home Depot I go to in Pensacola people greet you ask if you need help not so much at this one. That’ll probably change maybe they’re under stress for some reason or another.”

I had been sent to the store by my husband with an item I knew absolutely nothing about, but she looked it up and got me pointed in the right direction so I was able to get in and out of the store fast and back to the emergency we were dealing with thank you Michaela.
