“I just want to thank Michelle at the Avis on Pine Island road in Cape Coral. My family and I are heading to Nashville to see our oldest son at Lineman school for the 4th of July weekend. Our car AC needs repairs and we thought it would be ready this morning but it's not. So I tried renting a car on the Avis website. When I got there Michelle explained that there weren't any vehicles available and that this week is one of the toughest to get a rental. I was so deflated and I saw this trip failing quickly. Michelle not only went above and beyond she did everything she could to get us a vehicle and I'm pleased to say our trip is now a reality. Thank you Michelle and thank you Avis for having employees like her. I'll be back when a rental is needed. ❤️”
