“I had a phone CRISIS today. Thank GOD. Mindy ( I think that is her name?) was there. The man on the phone was no help, but she was able to get my phone on and working. She helped me to avoid a FULL BLOWN panic attack. Give that lady a raise!!! Thank you again. ?

Meet Fred who was Not only was he very helpful with adding the line , he helped find out adding the line gave my account a promo. plus Fred let me know that I was able to have more then 1 internet box. I was informed with the wrong information. The more questions we asked them more we learned about everything we did not know. Very respectful and professional.”

“Went in for a service change from metro to T-Mobile. Rick was the one to help me and my fiancé out with amazing service. However metro wouldn’t give me my transfer number , it’s low key like FBI numbers or something because they ( metro ) would not give them to me. There was also Diana & I apologize i forget her name but all 3 were such a tremendous help. I loved the assistance, I love the customer service & the banality to keep me off the ledge after metros behavior. They deserve this 5 star review & more”

“I walked from my house to check out this 7 eleven which is 27 minutes walk in stroller with my daughter, it's a nice convenience store with lots of drinks and snacks it's also organize and clean, plus the lady in the cashier was really nice I told her I forgot my money but wanted a drink, my husband will come to pick up us anyways and bring money...she offer me to get grab a drink for free , which is really nice of her she's sweet.. my husband arrived and we ended up buying more drinks and some sweet breads. I would be stopping and buying snacks here more in the future.. during our walks☺️”
“Did not see the lady's name, but she helped us tonight at the customer service counter at Cape Coral Target. We grabbed a food processor with an online price that did not reflect at the register. She very cheerfully said she could help us and did that quickly and is very good at customer service tonight. I don't leave reviews often, but usually when something is very bad or very good then I want to acknowledge it. Thank you for your help and your smile and making the price on the food processor what we had hoped for.”

“This target is a "Super Target" meaning it has a full grocery section in addition to Target. There are two targets in Cape Coral this one and the one off Santa Barbara Blvd, which I live only 3 minutes away from- but I'll always choose this one over the other. This Targets employee's are a lot nicer and don't make you feel...unwanted nor are they pushy and in your face with "customer service". I used to work for Shipt doing grocery shopping and would frequently shop this store, they treated me no different as a shopper or customer. I'm sure anyone else who has done Shipt shopping knows some stores are very rude about you being a shopper.The customer service department is always helpful when making a return, I've never ever had them be rude about a return or complicate the process for the most part. I had a time period after having my daughter that I was having to return a lot of the wrong sized diapers and they were very kind about it. This Target is very well stocked and maintained, if you're looking for a "new" item like new toy releases or Funko Pops this Target is your best bet out of the two in Cape.Only negative is I've only ordered store pickup/drive up a handful of times here and each time one or more of my items isn't actually in stock and gets cancelled- but I realize that's not necessarily Targets fault.Overall: best Target in the area!”
“This place has the best pizza in Cape Coral. Period. It's bussin. I ordered a pizza to be delivered in the middle of a tropical storm and you know what we waited 9 minutes and we had a pizza in our hands, best deal in town too for only 5 bucks. I highly recommend 7/11 pizza.”

“I visited this location at 1pm. Kevin was the cashier that waited on me, he didn't realize until I was typing my pin that he dbl charged me for something. He immediately tried to cancel it so he could fix it but my card went through successfully. So he refunded me the money. He was awesome and I admitted that I wouldn't have even noticed it happened had he not informed me! 7eleven, Kevin needs a raise!”

“It has been a few weeks since meeting Yunier Graveran Gonzalez at T-Mobile at the Cape Coral Sam's Club on Pine Island Road. That we haven't forgotten to post this review speaks volumes, having been delayed in doing so due to some unexpected family issues. I have been with T-Mobile for decades and recently purchased a new phone since the one I had was no longer being supported. I had some questions about how I wanted to transfer various things from my old phone to the new one. As we were walking past the T-Mobile kiosk, my husband thought to stop and ask there and that's how we met Yunier. He was so hospitable, kind, patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He provided excellent suggestions that proved to be just what I needed. Thanks to Yunier, it was an absolutely amazing experience!!!!”
