“What a helpful group of people that work here. We came in to buy and grill and accessories. They spent about an hour making sure that what we were buying fit the grill make and model. When one kit didn’t fit, they called their other store and distributor to order the right one for us. Upon checking out, we needed to split the purchase on two cards and they were so accommodating. Definitely a different feel from a big box store!!”

“Just want to give a shout out to Addison for being so welcoming and helpful as soon as we entered the store. Then just when we spent a good amount of time searching for an adapter for our power washer wand that broke (no luck) .. we bumped into T.J. as we were leaving, he asked if we found everything and we said we didn’t.. so he offered to help us look again and he found us not only the correct adapter but a brand new hose attached to it and saved us a ton of time and trips all over town trying to locate what we needed.. AND he saved us a few hundred dollars as well because we may have ended up having to replace the entire fairly new unit!
