“Just left this Ross location & I would love the highlight the customer service of Glenny. What an amazing help! I witnessed her help an elder shopper who uses a wheelchair. Most people are dismissive to people who are older and/or disabled but not Glenny. After the shopper’s personal items were misplaced, Glenny ensured that the items were found & returned.
I do hope in the future that Ross produces carts that are handicapped accessible so something like this can be avoided. But until then, great work Glenny! You were raised well.”
“98% they have what I need. They have people that are very great and help me get things and get it into my cart and if I need to get some thing that’s a little bit higher they’re great. It will pick it for me people there are very nice and everybody there knows me and they’re very helpful to me and if they’re out of something they will let me know when they’re going to get the items I need. They will let me know when it’s gonna be back.”

“The employees were friendly and helpful. I gave 4/5 stars because there’s no AC. You have the employees working in that heat all day and when i went in, it was like 10 AM. So just imagine the hottest hours of the day. I was sweating and congested because of the heat from the store. Very uncomfortable and not a good customer experience shopping around in that heat!”

“It's a walmart. It's kept clean and is frequently busy. Staff is usually quick and efficient. They don't keep a clerk in the garden center so only try to check out there if you are actually getting big things from that side.”

“I order my groceries online and pick up usually next day or same day depending on the time you order for free (best kept secret) I'm not a member but they do have inexpensive membership. I don't pay for the service since I usually pick it up. If you order delivery it's not to much either usually somewhere under 10, it looks like it goes by peak time hours. Anyway, I love it because it saves me tedious time and just the connivence it brings for busy moms. The workers are polite thankfully even sometimes being under those harsh times of day. I recommend ordering early to avoid the crowd or maybe later in the evening. Love that you can even choose no bags and bring your own to be friendly to our environment =)”
