“I went in looking for a gun safe and the staff was very helpful explaining the benefits of each model. I ended up purchasing a larger safe that weighed about 450 lbs. It didn’t quite fit in the bed of my F-150 with the bed cover installed, but the team went out of their way to help me get it loaded and tied down securely. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in and I definitely recommend this place.”

Really went over and beyond to offer me The Best Customer service and Customer Satisfaction concerning a tankless water heater I was experiencing problems with. He provided me with seamless Satisfaction to help solve my problems and issues with this tankless water heater.
By the way the Customer service desk also was engaged to help concerning my issue by escalating this situation to manager Mr Adam to see if there was anything else that he could do to help solve My issue. He was very patience and understanding and showed much concerns to resolving My issue to my Satisfaction and I'm forever grateful for the complete resolution and solutions to resolve this problem.

“After much due diligence, we decided to purchase our 4 piece kitchen appliance replacement at this location. We found exactly what we wanted but had a few questions. Our salesperson was an attentive woman who walked the floor and went over every appliance with us. All of our questions were asked and answered. I would have to say that the delivery service was the only weak link. One out of the 3 deliveries did not go well and the installation had to be redone by a different and much better duo. We’ve had the merchandise for almost two months and all is well. I would definitely recommend this Lowe’s.”

“I WON the Lowe's monthly SURVEY drawing! It is a real thing. Regardless of that, I always shop LOWES (instead of the others) bc they are non-political and unbiased. They don't take a position on social or political issues - some say that is cowardice, but I say it is just good, smart business. Religion and politics have other forums. They DO sponsor community charitable events, so you may see the occasional Boy or Girl Scout, or school sports team out front raising money for uniforms. That is a good thing. My LOWES is a solid part of our neighborhood community. Sorry to hear of the occasional mishaps in these other reviews. We all have occasional SNAFUs, and we all can do better. That's called Life. Meanwhile, let's appreciate with gratitude all the resources we do have!”

“I would like to recognize an associate who assisted me in the PVC area, aisle 14, on Monday, January 19, 2026. I believe his name may be Bob (not 100% certain), and he mentioned he transferred from the Kissimmee store.
I was trying to build a kids PVC trainer and was having trouble finding several parts, especially since the store did not have 4-way connectors in the sizes I needed. This associate went above and beyond by spending about an hour with me, starting around 4:00 PM, helping me come up with alternative solutions. He even took the time to watch a video with me so he could fully understand what I was trying to build and suggest different ideas based on what was available.
His patience, creativity, and willingness to truly help made a huge difference in my experience. This is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps customers coming back. I checked out at 5:17 PM, and his help was greatly appreciated.”
