“I cannot say enough great things about Extra Space Storage and their incredible team. From day one, every staff member has been professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping customers. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly sets this location apart is the people who work there. A special shoutout to Ishmael, who is the shining star of an already outstanding team. He consistently goes above and beyond, treats everyone with kindness and respect, and leads by example with exceptional customer service. One experience that really stood out was when a stray cat became trapped near my storage unit. The entire team jumped in to help locate and safely recover the cat. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared and was willing to take time out of their day to help. Their compassion, teamwork, and dedication left a lasting impression on me. What started as a business relationship has grown into genuine friendships, and that’s a testament to the quality of people working at this location. If you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent service, a clean and secure property, and a team that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Thank you to Ishmael and the entire staff for making every experience a positive one.”

“I want to start out with the fact that I’ve been a customer for 8 years. I had a unit here to store my stuff while I went on an impromptu move to Chicago. I had it in case if I changed my mind, I still would have my stuff in storage and can always move back to Florida. 8 years later, I decided it was time to close that chapter as I don’t foresee myself moving back. Chicago has been great to me. Just as great as this location has been with me throughout the years. Keeping me updated and reassuring me things were good when we had that rough hurricane last year, to working with movers to help me get my stuff back to the city where I now live. In particular, I would like to say a huge thank you to Orlando, he’s been nothing but wonderful throughout this whole process and has made it stress free. Even though I wasn’t there due to living in another state, he reassured me everything would be taken care of and to not worry about a thing. It’s folks like him that make a difference these days. The moving process is already stressful enough as is, having someone in your corner and make sure that things get taken care of allows me to worry about other things instead of the unnecessary stuff like getting your stuff moved from one state to another. So thank you Orlando, and Damian as well for making this experience as painless as possible. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with you guys and to anyone that is reading, I highly recommend this location. AC and weather controlled units available, and a very friendly and understanding staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to keep my belongings in until I was ready to make the final move to my new home.”
