My husband and I had to ship a very expensive piece of equipment to another state. Patrick and Jhaden, literally spent well over an hour with us (while still assisting others) to help us ship our package, that would have been extremely costly due to the way it needed to be packaged.
They went WAY above and beyond measuring and working with us in trying to come up with the best solution to ship our package in order to save us as much money as possible, without compromising the integrity of the package. Patrick was very honest in how he felt comfortable or uncomfortable in the way he needed to package it to make sure it got to its destination in tact.

She was polite and very good with her customers. I did not get her name, but she was a petite blonde lady with glasses. Thank you for making my day easier.”

To my surprise, I was told that he doesn’t work there anymore and all of that because of 1 bad review. Big mistake as he was one of the best employees there! Bad reviews happen, and it is part of the process, but letting him go because of that, it’s not ok. Will be taking my business some place else if that’s the way you take care of your employees.”
